  I have worked with Denise over the last few months leveraging her capabilities as a hypnotist and therapist to address the major challenge I had with my long-term health which was my approach to eating and food in general. Over the last decade I've tried pretty much everything to lose weight and get my health on track. conventional and unconventional diets, pills, and even more recently the "miracle" GLP-1 drugs. None of those worked long term for me, at the end of the day I was still clinically obese, pre-diabetic, and showing a number of metabolic health issues. I knew I needed a reset, a completely different mindset. When a colleague mentioned how they could not quit smoking until they worked with the hypnotist, I thought, that made sense. During my sessions with Denise, I had regular breakthroughs or revelations, about something that was inherently wired into me, that was broken with my approach to eating. Just as important, she worked with me and gave me the tools to help me change that. Simply put, my trajectory has changed since working with her. I’ve lost over 30 pounds during those months, and I’m more active than I’ve ever been as a result. More importantly, I am focused on progress not perfection and will absolutely obtain my lifetime goal of being healthy and active!

  I had the pleasure of working with Denise Oakley Hall and would definitely recommend her services. I was looking for a hypnotist for weight loss and luckily for me, I found her website. I thought the Virtual Gastric Band (VGB) sounded interesting. My experience was nothing but positive. Denise took the time to get to know me and truly wanted to help me reach my goals. VGB technique is working. I’ve been liberated! I don’t obsess over food anymore. I don’t have to count points, calories, carbs. I don’t try to find the “diet” food when looking at a menu. Food is no longer center of my life. I actually enjoy eating again. To say it changed my life isn’t really accurate. I feel like it gave me my life back. Thank you Denise.
