  The line to cash out on refreshments is always much longer than it needs to be. Besides that its a great place.

  The cinema is very clean and has many choices of movies. Food and drink area is nice with many options. Food and drink is expensive. I had 2 large drinks and a large popcorn delivered to my seat. The lid on one drink was broken and leaked all over the bag. The other drink was so full it leaked out of the top of the lid when I tried to get it out of the bag. To top it off there were no straws or napkins in the bag. My date could not drink her drink at all during the movie. I removed my broken lid and was able to drink about 1/4 of my drink without wearing it. After the movie she went to the counter to get a straw and informed the cashier of what happened. He simply shrugged his shoulders and sighed. Overall it was definitely not worth the $55 I spent on the date.

  It’s sad that if seats aren’t chosen when you purchase, that you can’t sit anywhere. My thrrr year old and i were told to move 45 mins into show time at Toy story 5. Went and told a manager and they did nothing. Will not be back to this theatre. At cobb theatre location this never happens.

  I love this theater to watch a movie! The picture and sound quality of the movie was excellent. The reclining seats were very comfortable and the entire place is clean. The concessions were very good too. This was a very enjoyable place to watch a movie.

  Go here all the time and have NEVER had an issue until today. We got there and had to use the restrooms immediately; we were running around all morning and it was time lol. We walked in and walked straight to the bathrooms as we have always done, no one was at the ticket counter or the register mind you. Im like 15 steps ahead of my husband because like I said it was time..all of a sudden this lady that works there yells "im right here"!!! Loud as hell and then husband says we just going to the bathroom. She than yells again "well you can't just walk back there"!!! AGAIN NOBODY was up there. Hub said we just have to use the restroom! I already had purchased my tickets...so why the big deal. But heres the kicker... SHE PROCEEDED TO STAND THERE AND BABYSIT US TO MAKE SURE WE DIDN'T SNEAK IN!!!!! Like for real..we are gown adults(40s) not kids..I just dont appreciate being treated like a thief and hoodlums...and then she mean mugged us the whole time we were in the concession area. If you dont want people to sneak in to the movies..put the restrooms in the loby...problem solved.
