Ok so let’s start with the fact that this place really does separate two worlds of Disney. Racism is alive and well in the Disney parks and if you wanna see it for yourself please come to fort wilderness and take a good look. Confederate flags and all. If you’re a minority this place will make sure to make you feel like you do not belong here. I really never thought a place like this would exist at Disney of all places !

This is one people should be talking about. We are long term pass holders and have not had this type of experience from Disney, so it was a bit of a shock to us.
First off, be aware of the seating. We sat in the 3rd tier seating as it was all that was available at the time of the booking. These seats are along the sides of the balcony and the tables are slim, with side by side seating. There are 3 people per table with the bar the stool style seat is between the railing and the table. So while you are eating you are actually facing away from the stage, looking at a wall. It's also very hard to talk to the rest of your party since you are all in a line and not at a standard table. There is no mention of these seating arrangements on the web site to help customers know what they are signing up for. We are also not the only ones who didn't understand this because our waiter mentioned that people are often upset at the seating option. Im surprised that this was a Disney experience. I get the impression (this is only my opinion based on what I was hearing from our waiter) that the wait staff doesn't typically like working this section and I can only guess why.
The second issue was that our waiter gave us a very threatening look after asking for a straw. There was some confusion when he asked if we needed a straw. One person said no, the other said yes. He didn't hear the yes, but turned around to quickly for us to ask for the straw. So when he stopped back by, I did ask for the straw. He took it upon himself to give my wife a death stare while handing me a straw. It actually made me concerned the way he looked at her, as if I might need to get up to protect her. I did talk with him and asked if there was a problem, and the response was that he did nothing wrong. He apologized to me, but wasn't apologizing to her and I had to insist he apologize to the correct person.
Lastly, we ordered a chocolate cake as an add on that was an additional charge and never received it. At this point I didn't ask for the cake either so that is on me. But to not receive something that was a paid for add on is unacceptable.

This is a must do in Disney! The talent and excitement the performers bring is unmatched! The entire experience was so much fun! And the food?!?! All delicious. But the chicken?! The best. Shoutout to Rene, the greeter, who checked on us throughout the night. Highly recommend!
