We had a wonderful time at what is truly a beautiful theme park, but our experience with customer service today was disappointing. Our four-year-old son, who measures forty-four inches, was measured and approved to ride at the start of the line. After waiting approximately one hour, a cast member asked to remeasure him. He was approved a second time at a second checkpoint. However, after stepping away from the device, he was asked to be measured a third time by another cast member, and was then denied — despite having been approved twice already. The cast members’ demeanor was cold and unsympathetic, and our son was understandably upset. He was able to ride every other forty-four-inch attraction in the park without issue, which raises a question about the consistency of the height policy across rides. We reported this to Guest Services, as the experience significantly affected our day. We also had mixed experiences at Guest Services. When I asked by name to speak with a specific manager I had previously spoken with, Maya stated she did not know the individual. That same manager then emerged from the back and handed Maya a document — the very person Maya had claimed not to recognize. Being misled by a Guest Services representative, particularly after an already difficult experience, does not reflect the Disney values we expect.

Breathtaking Immersion, Incredible Wildlife, and Pure Magic! ★★★★★💫 Pros: Stunning theming, unforgettable safari and Pandora experiences, lush shaded walking trails, top-tier family entertainment. Cons: Park tends to close earlier than other Disney parks; high humidity/walking. Disney's Animal Kingdom is an absolute masterpiece of detail, storytelling, and adventure. From the moment you walk past the Tree of Life, you are completely transported into another world. The balance between thrilling attractions and immersive animal encounters is unmatched. Walking through the lush trails, riding Kilimanjaro Safaris, and experiencing the breathtaking beauty of Pandora makes for an unforgettable day. It is easily one of the most uniquely themed parks Disney has ever created, offering something special for both thrill-seekers and anyone who loves nature and world-class live entertainment. Like all Disney parks, you will get plenty of steps in, but the shaded paths and rich atmosphere make exploring every corner a joy. A definite five-star must-visit ♥️♥️♥️

Disney’s Animal Kingdom was a truly magical experience! As huge animal lovers, visiting this park was a dream come true—and getting to watch the Festival of the Lion King after waiting over 30 years was an incredibly emotional bucket-list moment. The park has a wonderfully relaxed, chilled atmosphere compared to the others. We were lucky enough to see so many animals out and active, including an unforgettable up-close encounter with a magnificent rhino! The food in the Africa section was superb, packed with incredible flavors. Pandora – The World of Avatar completely blew us away; the detail and atmosphere were literally out of this world. And Expedition Everest? Hands down our absolute favorite ride of the entire trip so far! Animal Kingdom delivered on every level, and we left feeling so happy. Bravo, Disney

⭐️5/5 🎟️I bought the 4-day, 4-park tickets, and since we stayed at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort we got a free water park admission! To easily take advantage of this perk, we visited Animal Kingdom on our first day and then hit the water park from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. ⭐️4D Zootopia and the Kilimanjaro Safaris , Avatar Passage and were so much fun. Not to mention how hard I screamed on Expedition Everest! Going backward into that pitch-black cave and seeing the shadow of the Yeti 🫈 in that dark, scary tunnel was absolutely terrifying but so thrilling! 💃The African dance performances and everything else were just beautiful.Since we have a 2-year-old toddler, buying the Lightning Lane passes made total sense for us, so we adjusted our budget accordingly. ☔️We also kept our ponchos in an easily accessible spot so we could put them on at a moment's notice. Whenever it rained throughout the day, we either grabbed a bite to eat or headed indoors to watch the shows. 🥨We spent the day snacking, walking, and enjoying random shows all over the park! Such a fun time. Since we’ve traveled to Africa together before, visiting the Africa section in Animal Kingdom brought back so many beautiful family memories. We managed to make the absolute most of our day in the most fun way possible!Despite the huge crowds, they worked really hard to keep everything clean and organized, which we absolutely loved as a family. 🔆The cast members are elite, highly trained, and always welcoming. It was a beautiful experience to see people from all walks of life helping each other and coming together. Our time here was incredibly joyful, wonderful, and fun! Thank You for your hospitality!

Disney's Animal Kingdom is absolutely breathtaking and easily one of our favorite theme parks in Orlando! From the moment you walk in and see the iconic Tree of Life, you are completely immersed in a lush, beautifully themed world. We started our day with Avatar Flight of Passage, which is hands-down the most incredible simulator ride we've ever experienced; you genuinely feel like you are soaring on the back of a banshee. Another massive highlight was Kilimanjaro Safaris. Taking a rugged safari truck through the Harambe Wildlife Reserve and seeing elephants, giraffes, and rhinos roaming freely felt like a real African adventure. For thrill-seekers, Expedition Everest is an absolute must-do—it is a fantastic roller coaster that becomes even more thrilling if you get the chance to ride it at night! We also checked out the new Zootopia: Better Zoogether! show inside the Tree of Life Theater, which was a fun, high-energy addition featuring Judy Hopps and Nick Wilde. Beyond the amazing rides, taking a peaceful stroll down the Gorilla Falls Exploration Trail to see the animals up close made the day feel so special and relaxing. This park offers the perfect blend of world-class thrills, gorgeous animal habitats, and great entertainment. We highly recommend spending a full day here!
