We recently visited Dahlia Lounge at Coronado Springs Resort and were disappointed with our experience. While the atmosphere and views were enjoyable, our interaction with bartender Amy significantly impacted our visit. During our service, Amy was rude and repeatedly interrupted our conversation and interaction with another staff member. Rather than making guests feel welcome, her demeanor came across as dismissive and unprofessional. Customer service is such an important part of the Disney experience, and unfortunately this interaction fell far below the standard we have come to expect. We understand that everyone can have a difficult day, but courtesy and respect toward guests should always remain a priority. We hope management addresses this issue so future guests can enjoy the level of hospitality Disney is known for.

We went up to have drinks and snacks and watch the fireworks at Epcot. Waited 25 min til someone finally came over to help us. She seemed nice but after that long of a wait… we didn’t want anything anymore. Tried to watch fireworks and it was overcrowded outside so couldn’t really see, so we left. The atmosphere and vibes seemed really cool. Wish we had a better experience.

This was a nice and quiet lounge to hang out at. The staff members were awesome and the views are as well. The food was ok and the drinks were great. I liked that you have options to make your own old fashioned. Was also nice that you can see the fireworks from Epcot while being up there as well. Will definitely be back.
