  ​I saved for months to give my daughter a dream birthday vacation, but this hotel turned it into a headache. Between being downgraded to a smaller room without a refund and the "included" waterpark actually costing an extra $75, I felt completely misled. ​The worst part was the waterpark itself. Because of a one-inch gap in height requirements (too tall for 47", too short for 48"), my daughter was banned from every single slide appropiate for her. The only ones available where the ones that the adults used. We ended up paying a premium to sit in a pool we could have accessed for free outside. ​I am asking the management to do the right thing and refund the waterpark entry fees for my girls. This was not the birthday celebration we were promised.

  They need to put life guards on duty. Little children under 10 were in the hot tub swimming. Did not like that.

  This place was fun, my kids enjoyed it. The pool was so warm which was great on a 75°day! However we did run into an issue with the slides, my one son was too small for most of the slides but too tall for the others so he couldnt go on any of them, and for the price you pay to get in wasnt worth it for all of my kids. The main pool also closes for cleaning mid day each day which is great, I'm so glad its kept clean but its also only open until 5. Overall I would come and spend a day or two here but probably no more than that.

  This place was solid for the price. Clean. Warm. Friendly. Easy to navigate.
