  IT WAS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. If I could give zero stars, I would. I apologize for my tone in advance, but there are simply no words strong enough to describe how deeply disappointing, negligent, and disorganized this experience was. The staff displayed a complete absence of basic professional accountability, operational awareness, or customer care, highlighting a total disregard for our event and failing to execute even the simplest duties. Especially the manager on duty today—disrespectful, dismissive, and defensive, standing there offering excuses instead of addressing a glaring operational catastrophe. She resorted to gaslighting my husband by claiming that she was present the entire time, despite being entirely absent from the floor and only deigning to show up at the very conclusion of this disaster when half of our guests left. We walked in expecting a handled party for our kids so we wouldn’t have to stress and could actually enjoy getting to know their school friends. Instead, we walked straight into a complete and utter disaster driven by pure, unadulterated thoughtlessness: Raw, Unsafe Food: I could not believe my own eyes. How on earth do you manage to mess up simple cheese pizza?! Half of the pizza served to our party of 20 kids and parents was literally raw dough, and they did not even try to replace it. On top of that, they provided just two tiny pitchers of lemonade for the entire group—and then a staff member actually asked, "Do you need more?" I was thrown by that question, I mean isn’t that obvious that we need more? Besides, serving raw food to children is a massive, negligent health and safety hazard. Disturbing Stalls Before Laser Tag: That same employee stalled the kids for 30 minutes, "marinating" them with a bizarre, unsettling story about getting a black eye on Halloween from a laser gun—unnecessarily frightening them before they even stepped foot in the room. We had 5-to-8-year-olds! You do not subject young children to a psychological horror story right before their first time trying laser tag - just something to think about!! Complete Arcade Chaos: They only had half of the arcade cards ready, forcing half the children to sit around waiting in frustration while the rest played. By the time the rest of the cards finally showed up, the first group had their card time expired and the second group had just started to play, leaving my husband and me scrambling everywhere to try and pull everyone together for the birthday cake. Goody bags are important for little kids, so we had them included, so we wouldn’t have to worry about it - and they completely botched that, too. Kids were leaving in tears at the end of the party. COMPLETE AMD TOTAL DISASTER. As parents who have hosted parties for three kids, we have NEVER in our lives witnessed such a chaotic, oblivious, and profoundly incompetent team running an operation like a complete circus. DO NOT waste your time, your hard-earned money, or your peace of mind on their birthday packages. THEY TURNED SUCH A SPECIAL DAY FOR US INTO A COMPLETE DISASTER. I’m still in shock how bad it was.

  Positives: ‐Go Karting was fun, loved the fact that you can keep a highlight video of your best lap -Laser tag was a blast -dark ride 7d was pretty cool Negatives: -food was pretty terrible, loaded fries where bland and far from loaded -fountain drinks has a weird taste to them -arcade games left alot to be desired. A few of the machines and gamws we played did not work.
