  It might be worth going like once here, but for what you pay in the experience that you get, is it worth it. The employees don’t want to be bothered at the front desk. Also, if you get laser tag tickets, Double check that someone is back there handing it or else you’ll have to walk all the way to the back, then all the way back to the front for them to say. “Oh yeah, I forgot. Sorry.” Then they’ll follow up behind you. Bc they forgot that was part of their job. (Its a lot for someone disabled) This was 9:45pm on a Friday and most of the “attractions” were roped off, seemingly closed. They could be opened tho just have to tell an employee at the front & buy those tickets. Bowling was the best. There was a great selection and they didn’t sit us directly beside another party which I SO VERY appreciate. The bartender was ok, the bowling cashier was super nice. Dry but helpful! The arcade reward counter was taped off since we first walked in at 8:15pm. Didnt ask if it could be open. My boyfriend & best friend loved the go-carts, but not having go carts for individuals who are 10-14 years of age is almost mean. We had to deal with tears on the way home because she was looking forward to it. Ultimately it’s clean, the restaurants will be a nice touch when they're added, service needs work, especially for what we spend per family. But we had fun. Be sure you bring ur ID if you sign a waiver form to play. It has so much potential, but honestly we won’t return for a while in hopes of improvement.

  First time experiencing elev8 and Jacinda made the experience worthwhile. Explained the packages well and clear. Lots of options to choose from and they even have a mini arcade for toddlers. Clean and fun. Highly recommended will be returning.

  I’m not one to typically write negative reviews, and while I understand having a bad day at work, the treatment my boyfriend and I received was unacceptable. Derek H. was incredibly unprofessional and rude. When we first arrived, he was incredibly short and dismissive with us. I asked him for help reloading my arcade card as the machine told me to see a cashier. “How much.” was all he said, I told him and said thank you and he said nothing. I brushed it off as it wasn’t too big of a deal albeit a bit rude. At the end of our visit we went to find someone to give us access to the prize room (they don’t have a designated attendant in there so you have to grab one). We went to the counter and there was a girl standing there on her phone who COMPLETELY ignored us. We waited for about 30 seconds and decided to find someone else because we were uncomfortable. The only other person we found was Derek H. He came up to us and asked “What do you need” as if we were bothering him. I told him we wanted to go to the prize room and after rolling his eyes he told us he would do it. We got to the prize room and he was huffing and puffing the entire time. My boyfriend and I were incredibly uncomfortable and felt we had to get something at this point. After my boyfriend asked for a candy, I asked for a rubber duck. He slammed it on the counter and said “Oh. My. God!!!!!!!” while rolling his eyes. I didn’t think he could make the situation more uncomfortable, but then he followed it with “I’m about to leave.” Okay??? Nobody is asking you to work this job. You work at an arcade, where people to go have fun. Like I said, I work in customer service and I completely understand having a bad day, may it be work related or not, but being disrespectful towards someone who was nothing but nice to you isn’t right. Do better.

  It was amazing! The prices for everything is RIDICULOUS!! There are a few free games in the little section in the gate for little ones. Don't count on get much of a price and spending over $100 for a dollar store anything. The food is okay but took about 45 minutes. You have to pay for soda bottle ($3.25 each) no refills . It was not a busy day at all. There is plenty to do butale sure you bring atleast $300. Most of the games are racing..

  Lack of communication. I made an inquiry for a party, called, and even sent messages on Facebook with no response. Then three days later, I received an email asking me to choose an alternate date. I understand if you’re fully booked, but if staff responded to inquiries or messages across these platforms, I would have known that at the beginning of the week—not in the middle of it. Maybe one day when I actually visit, my review will be based on more than just this initial experience.
