My only gripe is with the concessions, just wish there was a coke freestyle or something to make it move a Lil faster. Either way, five stars, they show stuff here that my regular theater doesn't.

My boyfriend, who is 29, was purchasing tickets for our group and showed his valid ID, but “Ms.Cheryl” refused to sell the tickets unless everyone in the group showed identification. The biggest issue was her attitude. She was rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. She snatched my sister's ID from her hand and tossed it back through the pass-through window instead of returning it respectfully. After I went back to my car to get my ID, Ms. Cheryl continued to speak to us with a hostile tone and threatened to call a manager when I questioned the policy. She also claimed that everyone watching the R-rated movie had to be 25+ (not true), then later admitted she hadn't actually read my boyfriend's ID and didn't realize he was 29 and was in fact eligible to purchase the tickets. I understand that policies must be enforced, but customers should be treated with respect. This entire situation could have been handled professionally, but instead it became an unnecessarily negative experience due to poor customer service and a bad attitude.
