The online photos and advertising of this Waterpark are very misleading. This was a park that was more for 12 and under. The slides are not as tall as they appear. My 14 year old was bored after about 2hours. He had been on every slide and the lazy river by then. We will not go again. The staff was nice and very friendly and the park was clean. We made the best of our time there.
The parking lot was full of potholes so drive slow. The VIP parking that costed $20 was a joke. It was probably worse than the standard parking area.

The entrance was a little hard to spot but then just follow the signs. The lines are not very long and there are tons of small rides for elementary school sized kids. Everyone is super nice, except the food cashiers. There not mean just not nice either. The pizza sucks but the rest of the food is good enough. There are tons of squishy and kid friendly items as well as water proofing bags/cases. The exit has pot holes so after it rains it will make the sides of your car dirty.

To spend 20 dollars for parking and we were only playing mini golf that was another 40.dollars but there’s should be different prices if you are only playing one game or just the water park and you can’t pay cash for anything. And you would think they would keep the mini courses up they were terrible and run down over growing weeds well let’s just say accident waiting to happen I will never go back to this place

I literally never write reviews because I hate to be that person, but I am so upset not just for myself but for my dad. My dad treated my boyfriend and I to a little trip here on our way back from seaside, fl. We were so excited. But he paid a little over $200 for all 3 of us. And the water park as a whole was not great. I was glad there weren’t super long lines but you could tell they were understaffed on the rides. It started pouring down rain only a little over an hour after we got there. We tried waiting it out for close to 20-30 minutes and it hadn’t stopped and we needed to head back home. We decided to ask for a PARTIAL not full PARTIAL refund since a “rain check” really wouldn’t do us any good since we live far. And the worker we spoke to had a horrible attitude and was saying things like “we can’t control the weather” like obviously we know it’s your fault. So you best believe I got an attitude right back. He said he could only give us a rain check. So we just walked away. Pls do not waste your money on this! Owa’s indoor water park and Waterville is SO much better!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!
This is not a good place to bring your family. Not sure who it would be a good idea for. First. Way too expensive. And even more if you just show up at the paid parking and not if you buy online first. Next the lockers locked our stuff out. Took 4 workers to get someone to open it for us. That was $20 was which they sent a link that's going to request a refund. See how that goes.
The ground is hot and broken concrete sand rocks. So cuts your feet up everywhere you go. The site should tell you to bring your water shoes or you are going to have a bad time at the forefront of their site. Not a suggestion. One of the rides has two slides working but they didn't want to put an extra worker up there so the line took over 55 minutes to get to the top and it was not worth that at all.
Charging $30 for a cheese pizza is just fleecing. The design of the place is extremely poor. No signs really letting you know where things are before you walk all over the place. Asked workers didn't know where things are. I can't think of one positive thing to say about this place.
JUST DONT GO. Hit the beach or your hotel pool. You'll have a better time and save $200-400. I bet a I get an AI response to this review. DONT BOTHER RESPONDING. should shut this place down and make a parking lot out of it.
