  $30.00 for parking. Had a great time. Bought season passes for me and 4 grandchildren. Figured in the summer we could go every other week. But $60.00 a month to park is CRAZY!

  Showed up and used tap to pay then 30 min into us being there we got rained out and told to leave after paying 140.00$ then offered a "raincheck" to come back or a refund tried to go the refund route and yku need your birth certificate social security and blood type to get one and have to go through 5 different people just to get told cant happen the raincheck means nothing if you dont live in flordia and are on vacation

  Okay so, I’ll start by saying we had a good day overall. We had fun. However! For the price we paid, we were disappointed in the following: 1. We reserved a cabana & it was supposed to come with 2 souvenir towels. We never got those. 2. The cabana came with a server which we thought was going to be cool & save us time, but it seemed as though our server was the only server in the park. We were there from 10am-4pm, and she was only able to bring us one drink throughout that time. One. It would’ve been better for us to just go get that ourselves, so we weren’t happy with tipping someone who wasn’t able to actually serve us. It wasn’t her fault, so we still tipped her well, but this is a management issue. If this place is going to have servers for the cabanas, they need to have enough servers to actually serve the cabanas. 3. The grilled chicken wrap BARELY had any grilled chicken in it. Avoid this menu item. 4. We noticed there was blood on the concrete next to a pool from a water slide. We watched an employee tell another employee, and that employee proceeded to grab a bottle of WATER & pour it over the blood, then walked away. This was the reason we left the park. That is a HEALTH & SAFETY issue, and management needs to do more training on this!!! As I said, my family had fun, but because of these 4 issues, we will not be returning.

  EXTREMELY HORRIBLE!!! I went here on my last day of vacation spent a 60$ uber to get here only for it to be closed which wasn’t listed on the website.VERY DISAPPOINTING! And I wasted my time and money for nothing and employees were very rude to me and were arguing with us about what was and wasn’t on the website . Like sybua I don’t feel like hearing it right now .

  Not the worst, but could be so much better. Not sure if they are short staffed or what, but several slides were closed down. The ones that were open were okay. I love the concept of the rapid slides, but was constantly getting stuck. Speaking of the rapid slides, they may want to invest in some extra blue tubes for the raging rhino ride. Or at least incorporate some rules when those who are done riding it to give their tubes to the ones waiting at the end of the ride. My daughter and I waited almost 10 minutes for the 2 of us to get a tube. On top of that, there was a group in a cabana who had at least 5 of them in their cabana not being used. Not sure if that’s allowed, but it shouldn’t be. Anyway, I did purchase season passes since they were on sale and gives us something to do over the summer, but it was just disappointing. I will say that the staff I interacted with were great, especially the bartender at the Sand Bar on opening day. I didn’t get his name, but super sweet and great personality.
