I don't normally leave negative reviews, but after our experience at Celebration Station, I feel like people should know what happened. We brought our family, a total of 13 people, for what was supposed to be a fun day together. We purchased the all-day wristbands and arrived right when they opened. Between the wristbands, arcade games, food, and drinks, we spent well over $300. Right away, things started off poorly. We waited around 15–20 minutes for the go-karts because no one ever opened the gate or acknowledged us. The employee eventually admitted he didn't realize the "closed" sign was still on. Once we got on the track, several of the karts were in rough shape. Some would slow down or stop, and the tires were so worn that pieces of rubber were flying up and hitting us. To make matters worse, multiple attractions throughout the park weren't even operating because there weren't enough employees to run them. It's frustrating to pay for unlimited attractions when some of them aren't available. The biggest disappointment was laser tag. My family waited in line through multiple games while another large group from a YMCA field trip was allowed to keep sending kids in ahead of us. Those kids weren't standing in line—they were spread throughout the park playing games until someone called them over when it was their turn. No one ever explained that this was how it worked. If we'd known groups could hold a place in line without actually waiting there, we could have done the same thing. Instead, our kids stood patiently while others who weren't even in line continued going first. I tried talking respectfully with an employee to find a solution, but before we could even have a conversation, adults from the YMCA group started jumping into it. When the manager came over, he basically told us the YMCA had a large group of kids and that was the reason. I understand trying to accommodate groups, but paying customers shouldn't have to keep getting pushed back because of it. But also they were monopolizing the laser tag without being in line and they were monopolizing the upstairs arcade while my family and I just patiently waited. The manager did refund us, and I appreciate that. But by then the damage was already done. The kids were upset, one of them was crying, and what should have been a great family day with relatives visiting from out of town ended on a disappointing note. This wasn't really about the money. It was about fairness, communication, and customer service. A simple solution—like letting our family go after waiting through several rounds or clearly explaining the policy from the start—could have prevented the entire situation. I hope Celebration Station takes a hard look at its staffing, equipment, and how it manages large groups because no family should leave feeling like they weren't treated fairly after spending their hard-earned money.

Just so everyone knows the 1995 early deal is not a deal we’re here today and it’s 24.95 per person. Even though the website says 4th of July weekend such a scam on there part and excuse was the website hasn’t updated and that is BS to . Be careful thing are different when you get here.

Celebration Station was a fun way to kill an hour, but it’s definitely not cheap. Most of the arcade games averaged about $2 per play, so costs add up pretty quickly. Expect to spend around $40–50 for a couple of people without trying too hard. If you’re planning to go, I’d recommend getting there before noon and taking advantage of the all-day pass, which seems like the best value. The attractions were enjoyable, but the facility felt a bit dated and could use some cleaning and updates in certain areas. Overall, we still had a good time, and it’s a solid option for some casual family fun.

On June 3rd, around 12:30 p.m., my husband, kids, and I arrived at Celebration Station in Clearwater for laser tag. The employee told us it would be about six minutes and gave us the impression that we could play nearby games while we waited. He never said that if we stepped away from the line, we would lose our place; instead, he made it sound like we would be next. After a short time, a father and son arrived. They were never told that we had been waiting ahead of them, so when the time came, the employee let them go in first—even though we were standing only a couple of feet away. I asked if we could join them, and he said no, explaining that they were a separate party. I reminded him that we were next, and he acknowledged that, but told us we would have to wait again. As soon as we walked away, another family—a grandmother, mother, and children—got in line. They waited briefly and then stepped away to play air hockey, just as we had done. I later returned to the line, still under the impression that our place was being held. When the father and son came out, the grandmother believed her family was next because she also thought their place had been held. She had no idea that we had already been waiting twice. The employee never clarified the situation or took responsibility for the confusion. He never explained to either family that stepping away meant losing your place in line. Instead, he allowed a disagreement to develop between customers over who was next. To make matters worse, when the grandmother asked if all of the children could go in together, he said yes—even though he had previously told me that my family and I could not join the father and son because they were a separate party. When we went to put on the laser tag gear, he again claimed that I was not in line. I reminded him that we had simply been playing nearby games because he had indicated that was fine while we waited. In the end, I was the one who returned to the line, while the other family had also stepped away under the same impression that their place was being held. The employee never took accountability for the confusion he created, and the entire situation was handled unprofessionally. We will not be returning.
