All you have to do is ring The button on your seed and miraculously you can be served anything on the menu. Wonderful experience never been disappointed.

- PSPatrick SoaresJun 16, 20261.0My wife and I attended a 4:00 PM showing of Scary Movie 6 on June 6. While purchasing tickets online, I attempted to apply a $25 gift card that I received in 2023. The system recognized the card and reduced my total from $52.52 to approximately $27; however, when I completed the transaction, the total reverted to the full $52.52. Rather than spending time resolving the issue before the movie, I decided to use the gift card toward snacks. When placing my order, I informed the server about the situation and provided the gift card. At the conclusion of the movie, the server advised me that there was no balance remaining on the card. When I asked whether it might have expired, he indicated that was likely the reason. I then requested that he verify the matter with a manager. After speaking with management, the server returned and informed me that the manager would not honor the gift card. As I was leaving, I approached the manager, later identified as Alex, and politely asked if he could look into the issue. He asked who had suggested the card was expired, and I explained that the server believed that might be the case. Alex then asked whether I had called the number on the back of the card. I explained that I had not, as the card appeared unused and had been received in its original iPic gift card packaging. Alex asked if I wanted him to call to which I replied sure, and briefly picked up his phone. Before doing so, however, he asked what I intended to do if the issue could not be resolved. I replied that I would likely dispute the charge with my credit card company and would not return to that location. At that point, Alex smiled, handed the card back to me, and said, “Why don’t you go ahead and do that, and don’t come back.” I was surprised by this response and simply replied, “Alright, have a nice day”, as he extended his arm to shake my hand. While waiting for my wife, I later approached Alex once more to confirm his name, as I intended to leave feedback regarding my experience. He immediately became confrontational, raising his voice and accusing me of antagonizing him despite our previous interaction having remained calm and respectful. I began recording the interaction on my phone due to his behavior. Although he moderated his tone somewhat once the camera was on him, he continued accusing me of antagonizing him and repeatedly instructed us to leave. After we exited the theater, he followed us into the hallway leading toward the parking garage. I stopped and stood my ground asking him why he was still following us. He continued placing blame on us before finally returning inside. To add further confusion to the situation, the original gift card packaging clearly states, “DOES NOT EXPIRE.” I am extremely disappointed by both the handling of the gift card issue and the unprofessional conduct displayed by management. I emailed all this to multiple corporate emails that I found on their website the day after the event, no response whatsoever.
