    I am honestly shaken and deeply upset by the way I was treated at iPic on Mother’s Day. I purchased tickets and unknowingly picked up food from a buffet area that had no visible sign stating it was reserved or unavailable to guests. The moment it was brought to my attention, I apologized and immediately offered to pay for the food because I genuinely did not know. Instead of handling the misunderstanding professionally, the general manager escalated the situation in a way that felt aggressive and intimidating. When I said I wanted to take a picture of the buffet area to document that there was no sign posted saying “reserved,” he threatened to shove me out. As a small woman, being physically threatened by a large aggressive man was terrifying. I was honestly scared for my safety in that moment. What makes this even more upsetting is that I was not trying to cause a disturbance at all — I was actively trying to calm the situation down, apologize, and resolve things peacefully so I could continue spending Mother’s Day with my family. The police were called and ultimately gave me only a warning, yet the manager attempted to portray me as disruptive when the reality is that this entire situation could have been resolved with basic communication and customer service. No paying customer should be treated with intimidation, humiliation, and threats over an honest misunderstanding — especially after apologizing and offering to make it right. What should have been a meaningful day with family became one of the most uncomfortable and frightening customer experiences I’ve ever had. His name was Nathan Watson

    EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL AND DISCRIMNATORY. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE A MINORITY. I was just brutally discriminated by the general manager of this IPIC. His name is NATHAN WATSON. I purchased tickets to see Mortal Kombat for me and my gf and we had never been there before. There was a dessert table in the middle of the room and she grabbed 1 small brownie thinking it was complimentary. Nathan then approached us and told us it wasn’t free and told us to leave. Very impolitely. We informed him that we were new and didn’t know the food was only part of the buffet package and even offered to pay. He then CALLED THE POLICE ON US and had us trespassed off the property and REFUSED to give a REFUND. There were NO SIGNS explaining the food was off limits and no explanations offered before hand. They were EXTREMELY UNREASONABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and EMOTIONAL. I hope this place finds a manager who isn’t so angry, emotional, disorganized and can hopefully run a proper establishment. He is pictured here, in blue, on the left along with the subpar dessert tray.

    I purchased a ticket for 10:30pm , I made it at 10:48 the manager would not let me get in he told me they closed, I ask for a refund , he wouldn’t get me my refund. Terrible customer service was Terrible ,he was extremely rude . The place don’t close until 11 pm ,I clearly see him letting other people .

    This theater is one of our favorite great people they show you to your seats!! we came here last weekend, our server klarrissa is amazing as soon as she came to our table we felt so welcomed. The food is always great will be re-turning.

    Klarissa was amazing server I watched Michael Jackson movie . Top tier and the sweetest to be I had asked her what she recommended and she told me about the filet sliders those was the bomb. I also asked her about a drink that she recommended and she pointed me to a pitcher of mojito my favorite. I will be coming back here and asking for Klarissa to be my server great service. Thanks for all you are doing darling.
