Usually have a great experience here as it is one of my fav theaters in south Florida! The concession people seem to not want to do their jobs as they were staring at me and Arthur the young man up front decided to help two ladies that were standing BEHIND ME when I had been there for a while. I’m not sure what kind of employees Cinemark has now but it isn’t the same theater I’ve been going to for almost 10 years.

I've been visiting Cinemark for years. Always a great experience! Friday afternoon I went to see a film. I was greeted by Eyal. I've met him before at an AARP event at this location. A great guy! Wonderful personality, very charming and welcoming; to say the least! I am not surprised at all that he was working up front selling tickets / greeting patrons. He has a personality that will make your day. Thanks for the laughs Eyal! Cinemark is very lucky to have you! Best, Christine D.

Cinemark Boca is easily one of the best theater experiences in the area! The building itself is impressive, featuring gorgeous, spacious architecture with high ceilings and a sleek layout. We loved hanging out at the upstairs balcony and checking out the full bar and restaurant area before the movie. Having actual food and drink options beyond standard concessions elevates the whole visit. It’s a huge, beautifully designed venue that feels luxurious from the moment you walk in. Great for date nights or movie outings!

I went to the movies last Saturday, and after our movie ended, we were on our way to get our popcorn refill (yes, we like to go home eating our refill) when the fire alarm went off and everyone had to evacuate the premises. Since we had to leave, I went to Cinemark.com and sent them a message asking if they could give me a rain check for my popcorn refill. They responded that they would not be able to do that, but instead offered me a $3 coupon. Honestly, I could not believe it. A company the size of Cinemark denying such a simple request really surprised me. I wasn’t asking for anything extra—I had already paid for the refill and was unable to get it because the theater had to be evacuated. It’s not really about the popcorn; it’s about the way a company chooses to handle a situation that was completely out of the customer’s control. I expected a little more customer service from a company this size.

Karl provided exceptional customer service! He was incredibly friendly, professional, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure we had a great experience. He went above and beyond and was so good with customers, which is something that really stands out. Karl is exactly the type of employee every business should want representing them. His positive attitude and the way he treats customers absolutely deserve recognition. Employees like Karl are the reason people come back. He definitely deserves a raise! Thank you, Karl, for such a great experience!
