  Paid for x-d seats that worked wife no more than ten minutes then stopped and when someone was notified of the issue nobody came no refund offered

  Lots of parking spots. The staffs are very friendly and cooperative. I am giving three starts because the recliner seat in the theater was not working. I had to keep the side button pressed to hold the recliner.

  Really great movie going experience. I only wish they screened some stuff that's a little more outside the mainstream.

  A nice theater! It seems to be recently updated because it looks very modern and clean. Overall a comfortable theater that offers a great movie watching experience!

  I don’t usually leave reviews, but tonight’s experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. My boyfriend and I have been coming to this theater weekly for over a year, and tonight our visit was completely ruined by an interaction with an employee named Jacob (who appeared to be new and doesn’t know how to do his job). My boyfriend ordered a mango margarita like he always does every week and presented his valid ID without any issue. While we were simply standing together, Jacob repeatedly asked to see my ID even though I was not ordering or receiving any alcohol. When I asked for why he needed my ID, I was told no valid explanation except for that because my boyfriend was purchasing an alcoholic drink, I also needed to show my ID. Which made absolutely no sense to me since I was not involved in the transaction or consuming any alcohol To try to resolve the situation, I even offered to show a photo of my ID confirming I am over 21 so my boyfriend could get his drink, but that was refused. As a result, my boyfriend was not given his drink despite being of legal age and providing valid identification. Afterward, I spoke with other employees who confirmed that this is not the policy and that only the person purchasing the alcohol needs to provide ID which my boyfriend did! This experience ultimately ruined our movie night, and I hope staff receive proper training on alcohol service procedures to prevent situations like this in the future.
