  This Cinema was very clean but seemed under staffed. I was hoping for a lux level experience. Ordering at my seat and having the food brought to me for $26. I got my own drink and popcorn then stumbled to the bathroom before getting seated. The movie and sound was amazing and the people working were kind and great.

  The movies have definitely gone down hill. Havent been here in 4 years. Went to enjoy a afternoon movie. Got a small bag of popcorn. It was absolutely disgusting not to mention someone's hair was cooked into the kernels. That was a nice surprise mid movie. Gross. On top of that the seat I picked has dried soda spilled all over it and the floor under it. Everything was sticky.

  The seats are very uncomfortable. they recline while fixed in a 90° angle. The headrest has a pillow that makes sitting even more awkward because it creates a void and slight back pain. The seats are TRASH. They need to ask AMC where they get their movie seating from; that should be the standard. But it does the job of having theaters. Tickets are priced similarly to other theaters. Concessions are cheaper but that's not enough to deal with the crappy seating.

  I really enjoyed this theater in North Haven. The seats were very clean and looked brand new, 🥳🥳which made the whole experience more comfortable. The restrooms and snack area were also spotless. I especially liked that they serve you and you pay at the end—it’s a nice touch that makes everything feel more relaxed. The movie experience itself was great. The screen was beautiful and the surround sound really added to it. I will definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend it to others!😉♥️😉

  This theater had comfortable seats with moving tables for food. BUT 2 problems: 1. The bathrooms, girls and guys (had my hubs and son with me), weren’t the cleanest. TP was on the floor and one of the urinals was clogged. This was between movie times? So it could’ve just been a timing issue. 2. We were baking in our theater. It was so hot we were sweating. After the movie a group we weren’t with were saying the same thing. Our backs and cracks were sweating. As long as the temp isn’t like vacationing on the sun, I’d come back.
