  This is a great theater. There is always lots of space. The folks working here are lovely.

  We went to watch toystory 5 at the 9:20pm showing. I have some strong feelings about the upkeep of this movie theatre. We bought 3 adults and 1 child. Came out to a little over $50 as well as about 50 in snacks. For those prices I would expect the theatre to be clean. It was not. It was extremely dirty, the group before seemed to have left all their garbage all over the seats and tables. I literally had to go to the bathroom and wet some napkins and clean everyone in my parties seats and tables. I may be weird but i kind of expect a theatre to be somewhat clean and not a disgusting mess.

  We enjoy the Cinemark in Milford! Usually go once or twice a month. People are Great and Popcorn is Fresh!

  Bought tickets online for an R-rated film to see with my partner's nephew. It was The Backrooms, and he was approved to see it by his father. We are not his legal guardians, but we are both adults that took him, so we assumed there wouldn't be an issue. The lady working at the ticket scanner scanned and printed our tickets, then turned us away because we were not his parents. She said that she would maybe even let a grandparent slide-- but his uncle has been raising him since he was 13. Regardless, we were taken to the front counter and offered a full refund. However, they then said that they couldn't do so and gave us a customer support number to call. The number was an automated response that said to use the app to refund. We could not refund through the app because the tickets were already printed. We lost $40 and a fully planned fun day with his nephew because an employee decided that we were not qualified to bring him to the movies. I understand policy, but we still spent $40 on tickets for 3 people and didn't get to see a movie. Horrible experience, his nephew was crushed, 0/10

  The staff is amazing. The manager helped me through a terrible medical issue while I was at the theater. They were efficient and kind and I will be forever grateful.
