  Such a great place to have fun with friends and family. The facility is first class and the staff is super friendly. Great food on the lanes and very nice restaurant. Excellent game room. Great way to beat the summer heat. Should out to Aaron!!

  Took my kids here last night for birthday dinner and games. We had Coop as our server, he was GREAT, kind and personable. That was literally the only positive thing about the entire experience. The food was INCREDIBLY overpriced for the lack of quality of it. The arcade games were in desperate need of repair, with about 30% of the games taking credit but remaining unplayable. When I spoke to a staff member about this, they said 'some of the games haven't worked right in a while' management knows.' So management knows this and doesn't care? This place is awful. Go spend your money somewhere else.

  We had my son’s 11th birthday party at Main Event in Windsor, and everyone had an absolute blast! 🎳🎮 The best part? It was more affordable than some of the other bowling alleys we looked at, and we got bowling, food, drinks, and arcade fun all included. Our server, Brooke, was fantastic! She was attentive, friendly, and on top of everything, even with how busy the place was. That kind of customer service makes such a difference when you’re trying to keep a bunch of kids entertained! 😂 Overall, Main Event was the best bang for our buck, and the experience was even better because of the awesome staff. We had a great time and would absolutely recommend it for birthday parties or just a fun family day! 🎉🎳 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend!

  I had a great experience at Main Event thanks to one of the employees there Rowan. He was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful from start to finish. Even though it was busy, he stayed positive, answered all of our questions, and made sure we had everything we needed. It’s clear he takes pride in his job and genuinely cares about providing great customer service. Employees like him make a big difference and are a big reason why I’d come back. Main Event is lucky to have someone so hardworking and professional on their team!

  Save your money. I went to the Windsor location tonight for the arcade only (no bowling, no food, no drinks) and it was one long lesson in getting nickel-and-dimed. It starts before you even play. They charge $3 just to get the card, and then you pay again to load it. So you're out money before a single game. And even though Dave & Buster's owns this place now, they won't honor a D&B card, so that gets you nothing here either. Then the games. Nearly every machine I touched was either broken or misbehaving. Several times I swiped and the game never started. Other times I got double-charged, two swipes for one play. The Wizard of Oz coin game ate FOUR swipes and never worked at all. The cashier refunded me and promised maintenance would fix it, but I'll believe that when I see it. The ticket games were just as bad. On the ball-drop game I paid 10 credits, landed the ball in the bonus hole, got 3 tickets, and the game just ended. Where was the bonus? It said I had 3 balls left. Second round, same thing: dropped in the 50 hole, got my 50 tickets, and again it ended with balls supposedly remaining. The skee ball machine only fed me one ball at a time. I'd roll it, score, and then that same single ball would loop right back to me instead of giving me a normal set to play through. Clearly broken. And the pricing is steep on top of all that. Most games run 7.5 credits, and the odd fractional amounts make it hard to keep track of what you're actually spending. Connect 4 is the worst offender. It's a game that physically CANNOT be played alone, yet they charge 8.5 credits PER PERSON, so a single match runs you 17 credits. Between the broken machines, the double swipes, the vanishing bonus balls, the recycling skee ball, and the sky-high pricing, this felt less like an arcade and more like a machine built to separate you from your money. Deeply disappointed. I won't be back.
