  This place is awesome. Definitely a vibe, but they had some weird technical issues happen while we were bowling. The food also wasn’t THAT great, but still a solid spot for a night out

  Some of the arcade machines takes your game points but does not function properly. None of the VR machines function properly, The game card refill system will take your money and not add funds to your card nor dispense a new one. The bowling is great but I'd skip the arcade until the machines function properly.

  Xai, ashlyn, Michael and Luis was the best part of my night. They went out of their way to make sure we had the best time. Luis was our server and made sure we were well taken care of and made sure the night was one to remember. Not only did he help us learn how to bowl but he also made us some super good Lucky duck Shirley’s. Super fun time. Michael was amazing at the front and made us laugh before we even got to the lane, ashlyn continued to help with our broken lane, and xai checked in whenever we needed it. These are AMAZING people!

  Not Great - We had the same sort of experience as some other recent reviews. We paid for the entrees too, and it was all sorts of confusing and not as described. We gave up and paid more. The laser tag was terrible, none of the vest worked, missing buckles, bad equipment. A lot of the arcade games didn't work or were malfunctioning. Just wasn't at all worth the cost of the experience. The food we did order, off the normal menu that we paid for, was ok; that was about the best highlight though. For a place focused on games and activities, it was pretty poor.

  Went to MainEvent for the third time last night, expecting an experience just as good as what my first two visits offered, but lo and behold it turned out to be very unpleasant. The best part of our entire experience was somehow the interaction had to get a lane for bowling, which had my hopes high initially. The lady who took care of us was very friendly and should be a prime example of how every employee there should perform! After we got to our lane, we decided we wanted to order food, but weren’t too sure how to do so, so I approached the bartender to ask about ordering and he assured me someone would be coming to our lane to take our order. I figured that made perfect sense, so I returned and waited. A significant amount of time passed, so I went back to check on the status of a server tending to us, just to be told “they should be on the way”. We ordered a couple beers and went back to our lane. Eventually, a manager walked by, likely just scouting the area, and I called her over to ask if we could place an order with her. She asked if we had started a tab with our server, to which I noted nobody had come over to us yet. Please mind that we paid for 90 minutes of bowling and we were already over halfway through our time at this point. She seemed shocked and took our order. We waited for our pizza to arrive, just to (not fully knowing at the time) have it delivered to the wrong table next to us. Reasonably, we didn’t touch it, because we had now way of knowing if it was actually ours or the other lane’s. Roughly 15 minutes later, the same woman who brought it out moved it to our table without a word or simple apology. I understand there were many guests at MainEvent, but to blatantly neglect a table for an hour and a half is just unacceptable behavior, especially when tables near us got served within minutes of sitting down, not to mention multiple employees walking around glued to their phones. I would like to go back with clarity that this was a one off experience, but after what we experienced, I can’t imagine believing the likeliness of that. Truly a shame.
