  Ava is a 5-star young lady! You can tell she genuinely cares about creating a great experience for guests—not because she has to, but because she takes real pride in what she does. She’s enthusiastic, attentive, and always actively looking for ways to help rather than waiting to be asked. That kind of work ethic and positive energy stands out and makes the whole experience feel more fun and welcoming. Main Event is lucky to have someone with her level of passion and initiative!

  Mother's Day is the busiest day for the restaurant industry. I have run resturaunts for over 20 yrs. That being said my sister and I took our parents (80 yr old mom and dad) here on mother's day ( also my nephew's birthday, reason for the venue). Our server STEVEN was gold. My mother and sister have special dietary needs. Steven and the BOH bent over backwards to accommodate us. His attentiveness was 4.5 stars (out of 5) his acomidation, attitude, politeness was an 8 out of 5 stars. Thanks to the FOH team I met and the BOH for taking care of my mom on mother's Day .

  Great place to bowl and hang out! The lanes were clean, the food and drinks were good, and the overall vibe was fun and welcoming. Leo and Chloe were both incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the night. Their customer service really stood out. Highly recommend this bowling alley for a fun night out with friends or family!

  Had an awesome time at the bowling alley tonight! The atmosphere was great, the lanes were well maintained, and the staff was super friendly. Huge shoutout to Leo and Chloe for making the experience even better with their amazing customer service and positive energy. Definitely one of the best bowling nights we’ve had — we’ll absolutely be back!

  I would like to share my recent experience. We went with our family and few guests last evening. First, we went during happy hours, it was disappointing that they stopped issuing combo packs of bowling and arcade during happy hours. Bowling experince was good. Secondly, food quality, taste was horrible. We ordered three items, first they served soggy fries, i requested them to change, again the taste was not good. We were regular to Summit/Main Event celebrating bday, anniversary there. This time we did not believe that it was the same place that we loved to visit and enjoy food everytime. If the team will read this review, i request them to refund the food bill, because we believe that we wasted our money on food. I will send the bill to themWe decided not to visit the main event till they inprove the food quality and taste.
