  My girlfriend and I went to see backrooms on wed june 24th at 9:05pm, we waited until 9:15 pm with a black screen until a worker came in and said “we need to clean let you know when you can come back in” no professionalism or apology about the inconvenience, tried to get a drink from the bar at 9:16 and the bar was closed which was disappointing, movie didn’t start until 9:26pm. Leaving 2 stars instead of 1 because the seats are comfy.

  We have been customers for years and have always enjoyed bringing our kids to watch movies here. Unfortunately today the young girls at the front counter were extremely condescending and rude to us. While the situation did require some redirection, the way in which they conducted themselves was unprofessional and lacked customer service. For this reason we will be canceling our membership and going else where. I don’t particularly like being treated like trash at a place I spend money to be at.

  Pretty good, movie was not great but theater is comfortable and has a good selection. I saw it has beer now which was new to me. -1 star for the half hour of previews and commercials before the movie. I don't know if this is normal now, this was the first movie I had seen in a couple of years.

  Honestly has gone downhill so hard. So many staff members sitting around talking and doing nothing while only 1 person is behind concessions and they only have 1 person who can work the front counter with drinks and some of the other options. So when they go on break at 5pm right when people starting wanting to get drinks for their movie no one can help because some BS that only 1 person can do it. Why is there 5 employees doing nothing but 1 person behind the counter and none for drinks. Management is lazy and has no idea how to staff a place...and the lazy attitude rolls down to the employees. I used to love this theater but I think im going to start going somewhere else. Theaters are also only partially cleaned. So much shoved under seats and sticky surfaces. I guess the bathrooms are clean at least.

  We came to see Masters fo the Universe today and I left during the movie to get another beer and the clerk lady continued to have her conversation with a boy when I asked another clerk to help me. The radio was sitting on the counter and I could hear the staff trying to get someone to the bar for service but it didn't happen for over 6 minutes. I missed parts of my movie because Betts or Petts (her name tag was stylized and hard tobread) but a red headed, short haired lady who preferred to chat with a prospective boyfriend than to serve customers. The woman whose place she was covering from break returned to complete our order. Thank you to her because I don't think I would have been served if not.
