  Made me take back stroller all the way to my car at the door because they do not allow strollers inside. This policy makes it impossible for parents with sleeping babies or toddlers to visit. Staff showed zero flexibility or helpfulness. Will not be back.

  Would not recommend going to this location, or any Cinemark location. There is no way to refund UNUSED tickets after a showtime has passed. It doesn’t matter that they didn’t get used, Cinemark STILL charges you for them for whatever stupid reason, other then a cash grab. A waste of $20 in an already bad economy.

  The popcorn was fresh and delicious, but the soda was a huge disappointment. We ordered a Cherry Coke, and it had a strong chemical taste that made it undrinkable. It seems like there may be an issue with the soda machine or the syrup mix. The soda machine should be checked and maintained daily to make sure drinks taste fresh and safe. I hope this gets fixed because it really took away from an otherwise good experience.

  Such a nice theater with comfortable seats that heat and recline. I see alot of people come in pj's and blankets. I know of several people who come in from out of town to this theater because it is so fancy. They even bring food to your seat, have a large menu to order from including different beers and cocktails. Its probably the only reason our poor little mall is still open. The only complaint I have is the parking lot it is so old has huge potholes everywhere. I think the theater could afford to at least fix their parking section.
