  As always, Fort Fun did it again. Awesome birthday party. All the kids got to ride everything they wanted, ate pizza, cake, ice cream and drink soda. We let them lose with sugar in their systems. The staff made their day. They got through every line with no wait times. All the kids were tired and satisfied with their fun. I didn't even have to clean up their mess. Win for the parents too. Best place hands down for a party.

  One of my favorite arcades EVER!!! Great food, experiences, mini golf, arcade games, escape rooms, and Lazer tag!!! Would definitely recommend this place

  All of the attendants were extremely helpful and very kid-friendly. Reasonably priced for so many ways to have fun.

  We had an amazing group event at Fort Fun yesterday! From start to finish, the entire team made the experience smooth, fun, and stress-free. A special thank you to Allene in Sales, who was incredibly responsive and communicated all of the package options clearly. She made planning the event so much easier. Alexa, one of the managers, was outstanding. She was warm, friendly with the kids, and helped resolve every question or issue almost immediately. Her professionalism and positive attitude really stood out. Our party host, Harley, was wonderful—kind, attentive, and always checking in to make sure everything was going well. She even came up with customized solutions to meet our group’s needs, which we truly appreciated. The Go-Karts staff were fantastic with our group of kids. They were patient, made sure every safety belt was properly secured, gave clear instructions, and helped the children feel comfortable and excited before each ride. The front desk team also deserves recognition for their friendly welcome, efficient check-in, and willingness to answer all of our questions with a smile. Everyone worked together to make our event memorable, and the kids had an absolute blast. I highly recommend Fort Fun for birthday parties, group events, or any family outing. Thank you to the entire team for such exceptional service—we’ll definitely be back!
