  I have been coming to this movie theater for the past two years, but unfortunately, I have often had a disappointing experience with the sound quality. Hollywood movies generally have good sound, but many Bollywood and Tollywood movies have noticeably poor sound quality. We went to watch Toxic yesterday, and the sound was literally so bad that it felt like I was watching the movie on a TV at home. This is not the first time we have experienced this issue. We have complained about the sound several times, but unfortunately, there has been no response or noticeable improvement from the staff. What is especially frustrating is that the trailers and advertisements have really good, loud, and clear sound. I don't understand why the sound quality seems to be reduced or poorly balanced once the actual movie starts. We go to a movie theater to enjoy the big screen and, most importantly, the powerful and immersive sound. If the sound experience is no better than watching a movie at home, it makes you question why you are spending so much money on a theater experience. I have also been to Cinemark Bistro and have never experienced these kinds of sound issues there. It's disappointing to have so many sound problems at this location, especially when it is part of the same Cinemark brand. I sincerely hope the management looks into this issue, especially for Bollywood and Tollywood movies, and gets it resolved soon. We would really like to enjoy these movies with the sound quality they are meant to have in a theater.

  Love the place. Never seems crowded and seats are comfy. Watched backrooms with my kid and figured I was unshakeable until I threw my popcorn all over th people behind me. 😂 you just dint get the same experience from home no matter how big your screen is.

  KATSEYE:WILD HEARTS was announced and I think I can speak for alot of people that I was super excited about this!!! Went with a group of friends, got light sticks and cool shirts! BUT! Half way through the film, where the crowd was having a GREAT time, only to suddenly have it stop and the light came on. Some disgruntled employee had the audacity to interrupt the whole film just to tell us all to be quite. HUGE MISTAKE buddy! You just ruined an amazing experience for many people! Movies like this are what's saving the movie theater experience, and YOU are a big reason why it's dying. DON'T YOU EVER INTERRUPT OUR MOVIE LIKE THAT AGAIN!.

  Buying tickets and pre-ordering concessions online makes it a super quick entrance and gets you right to your seats! Pricing is pretty fair for tickets...about industry standard for food and drinks though. 3-D here is always a fun experience, and staff are typically pretty friendly and helpful. Need to upgrade seats in some of their theaters though! Probably the only complaint I have.

  Everyone was very nice. We came to the theater because they had last minute tickets to Spiderman. We should have realized it was too good to be true! We get to our theater and it is hot! Like hot! The movie is about to start so I run out and ask an employee to turn the air on. He tells me the AC is broken in the theater! What! Broken! We are having 100 degree days here and you haven't closed down a theater with a broken AC! No solution offered. It is too late for a refund! Just sit in a hot room for 3 hours and watch your movie! I would make sure that your AC is working in your theater before you go and buy tickets. That is ridiculous.
