  Nice enough theater. Could stand to upgrade their seats to get with the times. Also, carding literally everyone that walks in to a rated R movie is insane. I have a full gray beard, no one thinks I’m 17.

  This location has the most uncomfortable theater seats at out of all the cinemarks in the surrounding area... We only come here if we really wanna see a movie that isn't showing at our favorite location. Tonight in particular, one of the employees was extremely rude to one of the men sitting in our row. For no reason whatsoever. We saw Hokum tonight at 7:45pm, May 2nd, and the employee (a maybe Hispanic, shorter man with dark hair and a purplish shirt, if that helps the managers figure out who this was...) was treating this man like complete garbage! All because we agreed to HAPPILY switch seats with him so that he could be close to his handicapped friend! We had purchased the middle 2 handicap seats, 2 of the group of 3 were on the left, and this employee made this guy go sit all the way on the right side of the theater, all by himself! Even though we told him we would happily switch! This man seemed gay (I don't know if that's relevant or not, but it could have been), and it seemed like harassment, for no clear reason. To all 5 of us... So he insisted on sitting alone in case that employee came back in to check on us. 🤦‍♀️ We didnt ask for some guy to "stand up for us!" We were happy to accommodate this group of friends and made it known. The guy even kept mentioning that he had previously worked at a movie theater so he knew the rules but didnt understand why he was being SO rude to him! Great movie, terrible experience tonight. I felt really bad for that guy and felt trapped from doing anything about it. 🙄

  It started out okay, the. Something as small as a chili cheese hotdog made it go sideways. Ordered all the goodies for the wife and grandkids, I saw they offered chili cheese hotdogs and it actually sounded good, asked the cashier for one, he stated they are out and will have one delivered to my seat (I was impressed with his thoughtfulness, until I wasn’t), I agreed and thanked him. We took our seats and were enjoying the movie, about thirty minutes in, I finally got tired of waiting and went back to the counter, politely waited, the cashier had already forgotten who I was and didn’t acknowledge me. Another cashier asked what I needed, explained my story and he began to inform me that they do not and will not have any chili cheese dogs. I made eye contact with the first kid, he kept looking away and not willing to face my wrath (haha), the second guy offered a regular hotdog, explained to him I was in the mood for a chili dog, asked for a refund, he had to get his manager to help asking why and we had to explain to him as well, he too apologized and offered a huge refund and free food, explained all I wanted was a chili dog and I didn’t want free stuff, he politely offered another free hotdog with a refund, asked for just to refund the money. It’s a bit long winded, but this could have been avoided if the first kid knew what was going on.
