  I had such a fantastic time stopping by here recently. The vibe is exactly what I look for in a local spot, super cozy and welcoming the second you walk through the door. The movie experience was absolutely top-notch with the big screen and comfy seats, and the staff treated me like a regular even though I was just passing through. It is honestly the kind of place where you lose track of time because you are having such a good time. I will definitely be making a point to stop back by Cinemark Bistro Fort Collins and XD whenever I am back in the area.

  No more Starbucks, what a shame. A change in the menu has definitely hurt the quality of the food. Cheese fries used to have real cheese melted on them, now white queso and chunks of very chewy bacon. Reclining seats are awesome, but the food is subpar. Too bad.

  I went and saw the Backrooms movie here last weekend while coming to this theater for the first time, and I can confirm that the reclining seats make such a difference here. They are surprisingly super comfy and even recline back! Each seat also has a little pull out table that makes it super convenient for popcorn, snacks, and your drink of choice. I definitely recommend this movie theater if you're looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a good movie watching experience 😊

  I had gotten a pair of tickets to see the Mandalorian this past weekend but mistakenly got them for the wrong theater. Rather than turning us away and making us drive across town to the other theater, our tickets food and drinks were exchanged for the next showing of the same movie. They even refilled my popcorn for me afterwards even though it wasn’t an xl bucket. They didn’t hassle me about anything or make me feel like the idiot that was for buying tickets to the wrong theater. Great staff and always a good time seeing movies at this theater. Thank you for the great experience!

  It’s been a while since I’ve been to the movies, but I was pleased with the great customer service and clean theaters. The concession attendants were super friendly. However, as it’s starting to warm up outside, the theaters were just as warm as it was outside. I mean, that’s one of the reasons people used to go to theaters is it was air-conditioned and you could escape the heat outside. Also, the $1.99 online ticket surcharge seems a little ridiculous considering they’re saving money by not having to print out tickets. They advertise their “movie club” before the movie which has a monthly subscription fee. The funny thing is they do this “mafia” type commercial promoting it before the movie which just reminds you that it is absolutely criminal what they charge for concessions and that you should somehow join this “movie club” to save on online booking fees and concessions. Maybe one of these days movie theaters will get the hint that $50 to take a couple kids to a matinee movie is just one of the reasons why attendance is way down. I think we’ll save our movie going experience for super special occasions.
