- JHJ HAug 27, 20261.0Very frustrating that I can’t speak with someone over the phone to change times for a bachelor party with a bunch of people coming from out of town. I simply need to change the time. Insane that everything goes to a call center with AI bots that won’t even message back. Yikes.
- SLSamantha LegidakesAug 22, 20265.0What a fun experience! I’d definitely do it again. Games were great. The sliming wasn’t too bad and they give you a great station to wash up afterwards. They also give you free waters because you work up a sweat. Food is just okay. I would say I wouldn’t order the pizza because they are incredibly tiny but it at least gave us a laugh. We didn’t come for the food though, nor do I think most do. So I would still five stars on the experience!

Thanks again, you've earned the 5 stars back easily EDIT: Support did get in touch, waiting to get final resolution then I'll be happy to change this up to 5 stars. The initial delay was still frustrating, but Jon has more than made up for it with his detailed explanation and ease of working with! The final/current wait is completely explained and understandable. Was a lot of fun, however we were scammed on the videos we paid for. They advertise you get the full CCTV footage, however you only get 10min per room and that means it's cut off because they actually start the timer during the instructions when you arent even playing yet-no celebrations or even the final minutes of the game get sent to you (arguably the best part of the rooms). Not only that, but because they had issues getting the special July room running for us, we didnt even get any videos from our second game that we added. I emailed them 8 days ago with no reply, and there's no phone line to call. Wish I could recommend, but customer service so far has been nonexistent. I dont live close, I can't just pop in and do support's job for them.
