  Highly recommend to clean your clothes after coming here, we had bites all over us when we came out.

  It’s such a shame what the public can do to a theater. I’ve been here over half a dozen times in the last year and half of those experiences were ruined by people being obnoxious in this theater. I go to AMC, Alamo, and even other Cinemarks where staff check on a theater every hour or so, but the Aurora location does not do that. Will not be coming back - the theater itself is great, but the management/staff lets it be ruined. Truly a disappointing experience.

  Yummy snacks, spacious movie room, and the chairs have heating and are able to recline.

  Short Young lady with black eyeglasses extremely rude . It was full for the Spiderman movie came with my lil boy and my husband getting our popcorn and drink . There was no lids for the drink that I really needed because I have a toddler . I kindly as the cashier for lids when I was paying for my stuff but because she was busy she sent me to ask to the other side to ask the other employees serving the popcorn,food,snacks . There was a big line and they were occupied i tried to get their attention but people in line were thinking I was cutting in line. So I waited 3 minutes and then I decided to go to the closed area to kindly asked for lids . I saw people behind me getting the lids in that same closed area but instead of doing that I decided to be respectful and ask for 1 . So that young short ,chubby employee with eyeglasses on came and told me that “this area is closed so please next time don’t do it “ or something between those lines. I told her I did ask them for lids and she said “ well , we are busy but still” and left me there ignored . I can understand is busy but 1 it’s not my fault you guys are busy and can’t handle the work . Don’t take it on me . I can understand you got a lot of young kids but I wasn’t one no reason to talk to me like I was one . Don’t take it on me . Getting a night out with my family just to be ruined by some young employees who are frustrated with work . Even if that young employee don’t care if she gets a complaint. I will find out her name .
