  Minnie was extremely rude and not sure why. Never leave bad reviews, but shouldn't have an employee call My Fiance and I Trolls and other mean words when I asking how the parking worked. Was really really weird. Talked to a manager and they were super helpful. Manager was also confused as to why employee was name calling people saying. I literally was saying, "Pardon Me, how does the parking work. The scanner isn't working." Minnie refused to help. Straight up said no. Was name calling straight away. Parking scanner wouldn't work. She refused to even walk the 5 feet over to look at it. And then when finally she did it never worked and she spent the whole time name calling and blaming us for it not working even more. Was a very weird and unpleasant experience when trying to take My Family to see a light movie like Toy Story 5. Manager said this happens all the time. Spent the whole time saying please, thank You, pardon Me, and was talked to rude the entire time by Minnie. Never had this experience in 37 years of going to movies. Cant justify spending money on ticket, food, drinks, and then getting getting name called by a teenager. Would never ever go back here while that it how it is run and will tell other people they should just go to Pleasant Hill or somewhere else close by.

  First time there today and experience wasn’t good. Upstairs food service wasn’t open, so we had to buy food at ground floor and haul everything upstairs to our auditorium (without trays or a bag). Guy at the front forgot to give us our 3D glasses, so had to walk all the way back down to get them. Previews volume was ridiculously loud…like concert speakers loud. We were seated with only four other people in the theater, but an employee oddly walked directly to us to check tickets, but didn’t check anyone else. Movie started and house lights didn’t turn off. Ten minutes in, I left the movie to tell them lights were still on. Guy said he’d address the problem. 15 minutes later, lights were still on, so I had to walk all the way down again to ask about the lights. Finally, they got the lights off, but I had to miss more of the movie. I would give one star for the experience, but decided to give two since the screen and seats are very nice.
