Came for a cousin bday party. Chairs need to be cleaned. They look really dirty and dusty.

We paid for the two-hour after-school special expecting to actually get two hours of access to the attractions. Instead, we spent an absurd amount of time standing around waiting for employees to show up and operate each attraction. At nearly every attraction, there was no employee there, so we had to wait around until someone eventually showed up. We spent more time waiting for staff than actually participating in the activities we paid for. If you're charging customers for a two-hour experience, the attractions should actually be staffed and operating for those two hours. Paying full price to stand around waiting for employees is ridiculous.
