Their updated hours: Monday closed Tues-Thurs open 3pm to 8pm Friday 3pm to 10pm Saturday 11am to 10pm Sunday 11am to 8pm The website does not have current updated information and the ticket pricing is not available for all attractions. It provides as little information as possible which is concerning.

Second Points machine ate our card. 5. Unlimited should mean all arcade machines not just a few 6. Overall over priced

Prices on the website do not reflect the current pricing. We drove over 40 minutes to play, and I would not have even bothered making the trip if I had known beforehand that it is now double the original price per child to play. I was told that management has been complained to multiple times about the false advertising, and refuses to update the website to reflect the actual pricing. I will not be going back.

My sister had my nephew’s bday party here the service was decent. However, extremely overpriced it truly is disappointing how expensive this place is. The taste and quality of the food definitely did not match the price. The kiddos had fun which is all that matters but definitely won’t be back anytime soon with these outrageous prices.

I was excited to visit the new Boomers in Visalia, especially because my family previously enjoyed Adventure Park and Sequoia Springs so much. After 2 visits, I’ve noticed a few changes that I think could be improved to make the experience more enjoyable and convenient for families. When it was Adventure Park, there was a season pass option for Sequoia Springs, which helped make frequent summer visits more affordable for families. That option is no longer available, and admission is now $24.99 per person to enter the waterpark, including for those who may only be supervising rather than participating in the water activities. For families visiting regularly, those costs can add up quickly. Another change is that food is no longer available inside Sequoia Springs. If children get hungry, families need to either leave the waterpark area or gather their belongings and return to the main arcade area to purchase food. This can be challenging, particularly for parents managing children on their own. The food prices also seem relatively high compared to the portion sizes, based on what I’ve observed. In addition, during three separate visits, I went to the food area intending to place an order and found no employee available to assist customers. On each occasion, I waited several minutes without being acknowledged, which made it difficult to purchase food or drinks. I also wanted to provide feedback regarding the water policy. I understand the need for facility rules, including restrictions on outside beverages. However, if guests are not permitted to bring sealed bottled water into the waterpark, it would be helpful to have a convenient and consistently available option for purchasing water nearby. That has not always been my experience. One area that stood out to me was supervision around the slides. On Monday, June 15, around 2:08 PM, I did not see a lifeguard stationed in front of me or at the top of the slides. By 2:11 PM, there was a lifeguard at the top of the slide. While I was glad to see coverage in place at that point, the earlier gap raised questions for me about staffing consistency. My recollection from when the facility operated as Adventure Park was that lifeguards rotated positions in a way that ensured continuous supervision at both the top and bottom of the slides. For two people, admission to the waterpark is approximately $50. During a recent visit, we stayed only a couple of hours before leaving because obtaining food and drinks was not as convenient as we had hoped. Combined with my observations regarding slide supervision, these factors affected our overall experience as a family. I hope Boomers will consider feedback from families and explore options such as bringing back more affordable pass programs, allowing water, adding food and beverage service within Sequoia Springs, and ensuring consistent staffing and supervision around the slides. The waterpark has the potential to be a great destination for kids, and these improvements could help make it more convenient, welcoming, and reassuring for families.
