  Disappointed I come all the way here to see toy story 5 as it still listed it for today to be the last screening at 2:10 or 4:50 just to be told it's not here this place really needs to keep things better updated when looking it up first it didn't do this to the last movie I came to see on its final screening.

  Great place but the concession stand is so slow because there are only two workers when lines are long. They are also slow when taking orders. Shift personnel where necessary management.

  I had to track down my own AirPods that an employee Tyler that tried to steal after I dropped them in the theater. I saw an employee (Tyler) come from the back of the building and he looked like he was going to walk to the parking lot but when I pinged my AirPods and they started beeping in his pocket he continued toward the front doors and I repeatedly 5-6 times asked him loudly if he had found AirPods. Only after his coworker said something to him over the intercom from the box office did he suddenly turn to acknowledge me and gave them back stating he forgot he had them, and when I went inside to complain to a manager the employee at the door didn’t want to call a manager for me and asked me what my issue was and as I was describing the issue at hand I used a couple of cuss words not directed at the employee but in my sentences and only then did an assistant manager Joshua come out of the box office only to tell me that I had to leave the property. This is disgusting but honestly not surprising it’s my fault for going to a theater in Victorville and not expecting some form of crappy behavior.

  I enjoy coming to this theater to catch the movie releases. There is sufficient parking since it is connected to the mall. There is a variety of selection for snacks and beverages. The staff are always friendly and helpful with directing me to the auditorium. The reclining chairs are comfortable and definitely make the movie experience feel extraordinary. The movies I have caught in XD have been a blast with the sound, lighting, and seat features.
