  The Cinemark in Vallejo is clean and comfortable. I enjoy going here for the movies. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

  Always has been clean and friendly staff. Wish they had advertised food ready. I haven't had parking lot issues, try to park in front. 🤞

  I attended the 4:45 PM BTS concert screening at your Vallejo theater, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I’ve been a BTS fan since 2013. When I was younger, attending concerts simply wasn’t financially possible for me. Now that I’m finally in a position where I can afford tickets, I’ve unfortunately been unsuccessful in every BTS ticket sale I’ve participated in. Because of that, this screening meant a great deal to me and was something I had been looking forward to for a while. I drove 30 minutes to attend this showing because most screenings at other theaters closer to me had already sold out. Unfortunately, throughout the event, the concert repeatedly stopped and cut out. Each time the broadcast returned, it did not resume where it had left off, causing entire songs and portions of the performance to be skipped. We were informed that because it was a live broadcast, the issue could not be corrected. As a longtime fan, it was genuinely heartbreaking to miss so much of the concert experience. This wasn’t just a minor inconvenience. Many attendees like myself had paid nearly $70 to be there, and the repeated interruptions significantly impacted the experience. As the issues continued, frustration throughout the theater became increasingly apparent. At one point, audience members collectively began chanting for refunds because so much of the concert had been missed. It was clear that many people felt they had not received the experience they paid for. For many BTS fans, events like these are especially meaningful. Not everyone is able to secure concert tickets, even when they are financially able to attend. For some of us, screenings like this are the closest opportunity we have to participate in the experience. That is what made the technical issues so disappointing. I would like to recognize Kevin for his outstanding customer service. He listened to my concerns with kindness and understanding and ultimately provided a full refund for the disrupted experience. I truly appreciate the professionalism and care he showed while handling the situation. While I am grateful for Kevin’s assistance, I am still saddened that an event I had been joyfully anticipating was impacted by repeated technical difficulties. Given that this was a special one-day event with a dedicated fan audience, I expected better preparation and contingency planning from Cinemark. Many attendees invested significant time, money, and excitement into this experience, and unfortunately the technical issues prevented us from enjoying the event as intended. I sincerely hope Cinemark takes this feedback into consideration and is better equipped to handle special screenings and live event broadcasts in the future so that other fans do not experience the same disappointment.

  My wife and I stopped here today to see a movie. Wow we did not realize this theatre is a hidden gem in valleyo. Great early prices super clean theatre with new recliner seating and even better a great selection of food and super friendly associates running the place. We will definitely be seeing movies and having pizza and snacks her!
