This theater is so outdated and Honestly, embarrassing. If you don't even have the luxury loungers, you shouldn't be charging full price for tickets. Tickets should be half price because sitting here was miserable. The popcorn was disgusting. They don't have pizza It was just a miserable experience all the way around the soda machine was dirty

3 teenage kids ruined it for most people. Playing with the seats’ buttons endlessly, talking and making farts sounds. I called the theater and they didn’t send anyone to get it handled. Should have stuck with NewPark like I always do. Lesson relearned.

Way too inconsistent in freshness of popcorn. I go here like practically once a week to watch a movie. And pretty much every time I've gone, the popcorn is so stale. I've only gone there because it's nearby. But the inconsistencies of the freshness making me consider going to the further away theater. This should be a health code violation.

While I cannot speak for your experience, this was ours on 9/27/26. It was memorable enough that two days later, on Monday I'm writing this because they left enough of an impression to merit it. Note, we live across the bridge, 45 minutes away. I would gladly come back here. Whomever is leading and managing this theater SHOULD be leading and setting standards for all their theaters, and others for that matter. I have come to expect non chalant attitudes and just minimal, functional service at theaters, never expecting anything more, typical of service these days in CA, with exceptions of course. It all started with the very first interaction when our online tickets were scanned. The young man who's scanned our tickets set the tone for our visit to the theater which was our first. He greeted us, welcomed us, and told us which side (from our perspective) our show would be on, and he did it with some emotion vs the typical monotonous service which could easily be done by a robot. This first interaction set the tone for the evening. The same level of personal-level service and interaction was present at the coffee bar where the young man with the suspenders and buttons (flare?) gave more congenial service than MOST coffee houses. Even the cashier at the snack bar was friendly and engaging. This is a movie theater, how much more could one hope to get? This was near Disneyland level customer interaction. So to anyone looking at a starter job at a theater, or really anywhere where you are the first customer contact. Know this. YOU are the first to set the tone, experience, and mood for the customer's visit, never think that your role is just a task to complete and doesn't carry a lot of weight, it does. This goes to all of you that work at reception, customer service, etc. If you have a bad attitude or don't have good people skills, please do something else.
