  Amazing experience at Red Door Escape Room! The puzzles and room design were great, but our game master Corrina truly made the whole experience. She went above and beyond to make it fun, immersive, and memorable for our group. Super energetic, welcoming, and clearly amazing at what she does. If you go, definitely ask for Corrina!

  Karina was our game master. She was very friendly And energetic. You can tell she loves what she does which makes a big impression when going into rooms. When the game master seems like they don’t want to be there, it makes the mood already off to a bad start. Karina setted the mood with a positive attitude and the rest of the team was very welcoming from the start. We came to do The Gift but also did confinement for their same day 20% discount. The Gift seems to be their most popular room so we opted for that. The room was very solid. The puzzles were straight forward with a good amount of difficulty. The last puzzle stumped us and we spent a lot of time on it. I wish they would’ve told us that we had to do a certain thing to get the meter to stop. She nudged us at the right moments to keep our progression going without being stuck on a part for 10 minutes straight. When we pressed the hint button, the hint on the screen came on very quickly. The talked up Confinement as their popular room with jump scares. I hate jump scares but the rest of us wanted it. I figured it would be more fun so I didn’t decline but it’s nice they had the option to stop the jump scares entirely if we didn’t want it. We ALMOST finished but I was too much on edge to focus at parts. I think I preferred The Gift more but maybe it’s because I didn’t have the feeling that something is gonna jump scare me lol. We bought gift cards for 20% off to save for our next visit. It’s nice they offer discounts for same day booking.

  It was my family's first time playing an escape room and apparently we chose the hardest one which was Confinement. It was super fun because we decided to have jump scares throughout it. They were optional, but it made it a lot more fun! Had a fun Mother's Day weekend, and our game master Jillian was awesome! Definitely wanna come back soon

  An amazing experience as a first timer group! We played the "Fair Game" episode which was very fun (though do be warned there are a couple loud/jarring noises at points if you are sensitive to sound/easily startled). Our gamemaster Nat was wonderful and explained everything well and also brought in chairs for our less physically-abled party members, will absolutely ask for them again. We were given good clues that were just enough of a nudge to make the pieces in our brains click together when we were just a hair away from completing a puzzle. We had a ton of fun and would come back in a heartbeat!!

  Super fun room, confinement!! Our game master, Olga, was a pro and was super helpful, and we had a great time! You get an option to include or exclude jump scares - we included them to get the full experience and it was fun! (Some of us jumped, but worth the experience). We've done a few here and it's a blast! Can't wait wait to try more at their Concord location.
