  Me and my friends always travel down from Millbrae & Daly City just for this theatre. It doesn’t attract the rowdy crowd that the Hillsdale Mall theatre does, and the reclining seats are a huge plus.

  I’ve been to this theater many times before and usually have an okay time, but today some of my friends and I went to watch a rated r movie (we are all above the age of 18). Two of us didn’t have physical ID on us so we were denied entry to the movie, even though this has never been an issue before and we previously have been allowed to watch rated R movies there without even being asked to see IDs. Photos of IDs were also not allowed. Never once have we been denied from any theater or movie due to this reason. When requesting a refund, the girl at the counter was pretty rude and rolled her eyes when she called over a coworker to issue the refund. He explained the policy and we understand it’s not their faults but we just wished for a better experience. It worked out though since we went to a different theater after, much nicer staff, cleaner environment, and better prices. So don’t forget to bring physical IDs when wanting to see a movie here, even if you are clearly over the age requirement.

  The seats were comfy, place was clean, easy convenient standard concessions, sound volume was good (not too loud)
