  Tried going to see Brand New Day at least a week ago... I almost died from one of the recliners nearly folding in on my spine to the vertibrae. It was cool seeing the Punisher in full 4K, though.

  Went to watch spider man and my popcorn was very stale as well as my chicken tenders were still frozen in the center. I tried to get a refund but the cashier didn’t give me a receipt and they wouldn’t refund me my food. Also they didn’t ask for my phone number so i couldn’t get any points for my purchase. The bathrooms were very dirty and had cockroaches crawling in them. I don’t recommend coming here at all.

  We came her to watch Odyssey with the comfy seats and not only are the seats comfy, ít has heated seating!!! That's one of the biggest perks I've ever experienced! Maybe they have had this but did anyone know this?? Luckily the employee was looking for something and he mentioned ít to me! I always bring a jacked cause ít gets too cold in the theater but with the heated seats (I had to turn on and off a few time cause ít got too hot) but I was comfortable and not freezing! Love it ans will he back again, now I will check to see if there are heated seats elsewhere! *press the button right below the up and down recliner seat! If red light comes on, you got the heater!

  Fantastic movie theater, great big bucket seats that you can reserve in advance, and was very pleased with the food order that came right to my seat. Come a little early because parking sometimes takes a little time. Other than that this is as good as it gets

  Warning - if you are buying tickets for a D-box showing know that only a few of the seats in the auditorium are actually D-box seats. While you can see which seats are D-box vs standard on the online site from a computer, you CAN NOT tell looking at their mobile site from your phone. I bought tickets to a D-box showing from my phone only to realize they were not d-box seats once we got to the theatre. Even the confirmation email I got listed made it sound like a D-box listing the tickets as "Standard Format Luxury Lounger D-Box". I've tried to contact Cinemark through their "contact us" webpage but didn't really get anywhere. Otherwise, the theatre seemed OK. It is located at the mall above the food court. The concession stand has large variety of snacks and food items as well as special coffees and alcoholic drinks. Everything was very pricey (as expected). Their "combo meals" there are kind of confusing because they don't actually give any package discount so don't waste time looking through them and just pick whatever you want individually. I heard from others in my group that the hotdogs were good. However, we got a large popcorn which was actually pretty bad. It went half uneaten. Popcorn at the movies should not be subpar, especially at those prices. The auditorium had stadium seats with recliner seats and a swivel tray for snacks/drinks. The seats showed some wear but were comfortable. One member in our group had a hard time getting his recliner seat to actually work. The screen was a standard movie screen and audio was good. Overall, very disappointing experience. We drove out of our way to experience the D-box seats only to find out our seats were not D-box. Very misleading. I would not have driven so far and paid over $100 (tickets plus concessions) for a standard movie format experience. Very wary about purchasing anything from Cinemark on my mobile phone now. If you compare their online site and mobile sites, they have different information on seats available and types of seats for the same showings/times. Very inconsistent but online one seems more accurate
