Comfy seats, friendly staff, and great snack options! Love this location - I just recommend buying tickets ahead of time, as they often sell out on weekends!

The female employee at Guest Services was fabulous - friendly and helpful! I really appreciated the heated seats, even though it's July
I used to love going to the theater! So exciting to see a movie on the big screen, to share it with an audience and have everyone gasp or laugh or say "aawww" simultaneously. And the snacks were always overpriced at the floors were always sticky, but never have I ever dealt with the extreme discomfort I've felt the last 3 times at this particular theater. TURN DOWN THE VOLUME! We've literally asked more than once, but nothing changes. My teenager doesn't even like coming anymore. So congrats - you've pushed us out and we'll wait for streaming. It's not worth the physical issues with migraines and nausea.

I’m a Platinum member and today I was turned away. I came to the movies which is inside a damn mall and I had dinner but because I got food so close to the movie time I didn’t finish it. I brought the leftover with me not trying to hide them and they refused to let me in. This is ridiculous. Then they tell me if you hid it in a bad you could have came in. How about a warning that next time they couldn’t let me in. I did it this time because I always come in with food bags and have never been told anything.

My friends and I are frequent guests at this theater and have always had positive experiences here. We are Platinum Members and regularly choose this location because of the great service we've received in the past.
Unfortunately, our visit on Saturday evening was very different. We had purchased tickets and concessions and were attempting to see an R-rated movie. When we were informed that we could not enter without proper identification and a parent present, we accepted the decision and began contacting our parents to figure out our next steps.
While we were doing so, an employee named Nick repeatedly approached our group and interrupted our conversations. We felt that he was closely monitoring us and making assumptions about our intentions rather than allowing us time to resolve the situation. At one point, we asked another guest whether the movie had already started because we were unsure how long we had been standing there. Nick immediately assumed we were trying to ask that guest to act as our chaperone, which was not the case.
What was most disappointing was the way the situation was handled. We remained respectful throughout the interaction, yet we felt that Nick spoke to us in a confrontational manner and created a scene that drew unnecessary attention from other guests. We were embarrassed and uncomfortable, despite trying to cooperate and follow instructions.
When our tickets were eventually refunded, the interaction remained unprofessional. Nick scanned our tickets and processed the refund without explaining what he was doing or communicating with us. He did not provide any customer service or acknowledgment of the situation, and his demeanor came across as unnecessarily aggressive. During the refund process, he handed a printed ticket to my friend Veronica in a manner that resulted in her hand being scratched. While we understand that this may not have been intentional, it added to an already uncomfortable experience.
We understand and respect the theater's policies regarding R-rated films. Our concern is not with the policy itself, but with the manner in which we were treated while trying to figure out what to do next. As loyal customers who genuinely enjoy visiting this location, we hope management will review this interaction and ensure that future situations are handled with more professionalism, patience, and courtesy.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
