Unfortunately, there are no staff members who are familiar with the correct rules. I am a park member and visit almost daily, yet every time I go, I encounter a new rule for each ride. For example, I came with my family today and tried to go on the "Thunder Rapids" ride, but we were turned away because my young son wasn't allowed to join us. The instruction board stated that he is permitted to ride if he wears a life vest and is accompanied by an adult—and I should note that my son has already ridden it three times (I even have a video proving this). I feel extremely frustrated.

How sad this place has become. The park is great the money gagging however is disappointing to say the least. Last year pass with vip parking was almost half the price it was . It 189 now. For a summer pass is ridiculous. On top of that , the bring a friend discount day , is now only a certain time and not threw out the summer. They told me this week is the last week to use it .the date is July 5 . The hottest months are August and September.. absolutely terrible. This will be the last year for my family

Overall we had a good time at Raging Waters. We went on a Monday and the lines were very reasonable. All slides were in operation aside from 1. A couple issues I saw when I compare this place to other water parks we’ve been to: the lazy river was NOT lazy. There were high school boys jumping on top of one another, which caused me to be pushed into a rock and I cut my foot. They were doing it in front of lifeguards and none asked them to stop. Lots of kids were running around the park, which feels like a slipping hazard waiting to happen. Food was WAY overpriced, and you can’t bring anything in. I recommend eating before going, enjoy a couple hours and then head out. Would we go again? Probably not- but if you’re looking for a fun afternoon activity, this could hit the spot.

I went on a Monday there wasn't too many people. The parking to go in took a bit long if you get the parking online it's $25 and $30 there. The line to get your bag searched also took a bit. I had a clear backpack so they just looked at it and let me in. Inside the water park the water was so cold but it was ok. I enjoyed the wave cove. I really really liked the Amazon adventure. My nephews four boys one girl (10-13 year olds) they were done in four hours. They told me like three different slides were closed and were told they didn't have enough lifeguards to have them open. They don't sell alcohol. You can't take any food not even snacks! You can take your water bottle in though but that's about it. It wasn't my favorite place but it was ok. Tickets are $59 if you know what date you're going to go. $65 if you go Saturday or Sunday.

This is our second time in Raging Waters San Dimas and unfortunately we won’t be back anymore. We were there Saturday 06/13 and my experience was not up to par. The lazy river and the area where the good attractions are does not open until 10:30. Once they opened the area we headed to my favorite attraction which is the Aqua Rocket, when we get there we were told it’s another 15 minutes before they can let people in. I think if you advertise that you’re open at 10am that means the attractions are ready and tested before the operating time. After AQ, we hit the Thunder Rapids, while waiting the ride got stuck and there was only one employee there which is very clueless how to resolve the issue. We felt bad for her because all she have is a whistle to ask someone for help and it took at least 15 minutes for someone to come and help and figure out what’s wrong. Our next stop is the Dragon but we were told it’s closed for the day, next is Tunnel of terror if you guessed it’s closed for the day You are absolutely correct! What a bummer!! Things we enjoyed are the racer, the dark hole and spent most of out time at the lazy river. As much as I love the aqua rocket, we are not coming back anymore because the place is obviously poorly managed and severely understaffed.
