I had an amazing time at Red Door. Our game host Racel was amazing. We booked this event for my birthday and she was so sweet and welcoming. And they even placed a birthday card from the staff in our escape room. We did the Once Upon a Time room and it was challenging and fun. This is my 4th escape room at Red Door and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Such a great group activity. I’m excited to try more rooms in the future.

First time doing an escape room with the family and we loved it. We did Prison Break, which was a creative and challenging room, and the kids (tween and pre-tween) were very engaged. Daniel was a great guide and graciously answered all our questions before and after. We'll be back!

Kyro was a great escape game master! Unfortunately, there were a couple issues with our game (unresponsive sensors, a stray extra key found on the floor, having to wait a long time {over ten minutes} before the receptionist could talk to us). That being said, it (Fair Game) was a quality escape room and we had a blast. Good experience with minor hiccups, but would go again.

My friends and I had a great time at this location! We played The Gift and we came in with pretty low expectations because it’s a chain, but this far exceeded them. We had an awesome time and there were some puzzle designs I’d never seen before, which is always exciting. Everything was well thought through and well maintained. Just an overall awesome experience and our GM, Bryan, was awesome!! Thank you to Bryan and the whole staff!!

Sunny was fantastic! She explained both escape rooms clearly and made sure we felt comfortable and excited before we started. She has such a warm, welcoming presence and truly enhanced the entire experience. Her enthusiasm and excellent customer service made our visit even more enjoyable.
And she took great photos of us at the end ◡̈ thank you sunny!!
