  Wife and I enjoy coming to this theater when our usual theaters are crowded or sold out. Staff are always polite and friendly when we talk with them, even though it may be a bit boring on their shifts at times. Food is good, though at times the slow turn around may keep them out longer. Place is always clean and inviting. Bathrooms are well maintained and cleaned. It's unfortunate that the rest of the mall seems to be experiencing hard times.

  It's next to the Bart station and really hard to find where to park. There is no clear sign where to enter the theater at all. We were at the Bart parking garage at first and they charge for parking fee. It turns out that there is another parking garage next to it and you'll need to get to the 3rd floor to enter the theater. Signage is very poor and they could have put bigger signs on where to park and enter the theater. Once you get inside, seats are basicand and they're not the lazy boy style seating. Disappointing experience.

  We stopped going to this theater years ago because of the speaker issues (MOST of there rooms), and sadly nothing has changed. I was excited to take my family to see Avatar, but the speakers kept cutting out during the movie, ruining sentimental scenes because we couldn’t hear the dialogue.
