Worst experience I ever had in this theatre. Today, my family and I went to go watch a movie when we were confronted by a female employee that falsely accused us of insulting a person that allegedly sat next to us. Keep in mind nobody ever sat next to us but this female employee claimed that she had checked the ticket. When we stepped out of the theatre and called her manager their story changed and told us it was a different seat. There was people sitting on the left side of that seat that never got questioned. The manager then said that the person claimed they had left their ticket on their seat. We were told that if the ticket was there we would get kicked out. Of course they came back with nothing because nobody was sitting next to us. I understand it's their job to check if there's a complain like this but the approach was not acceptable at all and threatening to kick us out without any proof is crazy. The manager was calm but that female employee he had with him was rude and jumped into conclusions and kept talking over us when we tried talking. She was embarrassing us in front of the whole theatre and I had to ask to step out and talk outside. She also changed her story a few times. Very unprofessional from this employee and we never got any apology from her after realizing it was all false information.
