  I was disappointed with our experience hosting my son’s birthday party at Rebounderz. I ordered 10 pizzas, but 4 of the cheese pizzas were burned, and unfortunately most of the kids only wanted cheese pizza. We were also supposed to have a staff member helping us during the party, giving socks and wristbands to the kids, but she was mostly unavailable and the children had to wait. In addition, the birthday cake was brought out about 15 minutes late, which affected the timing and made it difficult for me to take good photos during my son’s party. Overall, the experience was stressful and did not meet my expectations, so unfortunately I cannot recommend this place for birthday parties.

  I had such a wonderful experience setting up my child’s birthday party at Rebounderz, thanks to Emily R.! She was incredibly kind, patient, professional, and helpful over the phone. I had a lot of questions, and she took the time to answer every single one clearly and thoroughly, which made the whole process so much less stressful. As a parent of a six-year-old with autism, planning activities can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Emily made me feel completely supported and confident about booking the party. My child absolutely loves Rebounderz, and having someone so understanding and welcoming made all the difference. Thank you, Emily, for making this such a positive experience from the very beginning. Your customer service was truly outstanding!

  I am a frequent visitor to this location and I am always welcomed with the greatest customer service I have ever experienced. When it comes to the counter as soon as you walk in to the interactions with the attendees at the trampoline and even the food stand it always is an inviting and welcoming atmosphere. Especially the ones who I have met so far and put my child's safety first. I would like to commend Isabella, Rudy, Quinton, yahaira and Cristian. Every time I come it's a wonderful experience for my daughter and I. We always have so much fun there and with the greatest employees that tend to every need without complaints is by far the best Rebounders I've ever been too!

  I took my daughter to her friend’s birthday party at Rebounderz in Sacramento, and we both had a really great time. Everything was clean, organized, and full of energy, which made it easy for the kids to just have fun. Our host, Emily Dominguez, was especially kind and helpful—she stayed on top of everything and made sure the party ran smoothly, which I really appreciated as a parent. It ended up being a really fun and stress-free experience for both of us.

  Your employees handled things in a professional manner very considerate and helpful I took my Grand kids they want to go back again very soon my grandson took a tumble from running one of your managers named Rudy quickly rushed over to him and he managed to settle him down easily and that’s what really got my attention with your employees Thank you Mr. Rudy for tending to my Grandson he wants to come see you again!
