  Always have a great experience here, from the snacks to the tiny arcade to the movies. I love the seats!!

  I went to the movies yesterday, had some popcorn, soda and a hotdog. Movie ended and went home and started feeling super dizzy, fever and stomach cramps. I’m usually sensible to food but I usually order this and never get sick, I’m afraid the hot dog must have been bad and it gave me a really hard time, won’t be buying that again, the hot dog must have been sitting for a while on that heating machine 😢

  Bought tickets online, came in and the ticket machine wouldn't scan the QR code. Went to another machine, same problem.. gave up and went to the ticket counter, the man there was very nice. Then went to get to get drink, but was told their frozen margarita machine was broken, so I didn't get anything. Got to my seat, the seat warmer was not working! Then to top it off, lucky me, I had to sit next to a loud, sloppy drunk who screamed at the screen, cackled nonstop, clapped repeatedly, spilled popcorn on me and shouted his every thought. This was not a comedy, by the way. .. Anyway, that last complaint wasn't the theaters fault, but everything else hopefully gets looked into and fixed.

  This movie theatre is our preferred movie theatre in Sacramento. Love it here. Yesterday, I forgot my phone at home before coming. No big deal right? Except my confirmation is in my email. Cool, I’ll log into my email from my wife’s phone. Nope, two step verification that sends a text to my phone. And then the card I paid for it with was Apple Pay 🤦🏻‍♂️. Thank god Javier was the manager because he resolved our issue and made it in to see the movie on time! Great customer service from the girl at box office and him.
