  Who designed this place and thought, “Yes, this is comfortable”? There isn’t even a bathroom upstairs, which means constant trips up and down the stairs. At 34 weeks pregnant, that’s not an inconvenient, it’s torture. The seats are somehow even worse. They only recline halfway because there are bars behind every row. Had I known that before buying tickets, I would have stayed home. Spending hours trapped in a barely reclining seat while heavily pregnant is miserable. It feels like sitting in an old theater from the 90s that never got updated. Zero comfort. Zero consideration. My back hurts just thinking about it.

  Robert (the general manager at this location) is so kind and has amazing customer service. We went to see Toy Story 5 and had a stroller with us, which isn’t allowed due to fire code. Robert and his team kindly explained to us the reasoning and advised us on how to get a refund from fandango. Unfortunately, fandango refused the refund because the movie had already started. I called Robert at the theater about the fandango situation and he provided us an above and beyond great resolution without any hassle. He was very understanding and provided us the type of customer service that will have us choosing this location every time. Thank you, Robert!

  The place is nice and clean, with tons of snack options but… my movie was supposed to start at 6:45, it started at 7:15. I arrived early so I watched about 45 min of commercials, what gives!!!

  Some of the theaters are a bit small but the vibe inside and seats are quite nice.

  Very nice theatre and easy parking below. Be sure to get your parking validated when you check in. They even bring the food to your seat! And great price for tickets.
