  new owner has changed Alot with out notice to the previous yearly members that have a 20% off that have souvenir cups that where free refills. and much more removed the buy eat all day for x amount of $ it was get a mmear every 2 hrs I think I got it b4 but only got one or 2 foods with it. point of this is we come from East Los cuz it is chaper than other places but now gas and the changers he or she are making with out notice to the once that hav had the pass for yrs it's not right maybe respect the perks for the once that got it before he changed it and let them know next renewal will have this changes.. hope it goes good and at least the mardigra and Xmas things keep going also the entrance has gone up. when ppl have big family they look cor some to do with the family.. hope he font remove the free friend passes pes manual every 3 months.

  we actually ended up staying way longer than we planned which never happens with the kids these days lol. the water rides are so good and its not even that crowded on a saturday which surprised me becuase everyone says go early but we showed up at like noon and walked right on everything almost. I love that they have spots in the shade to just sit and watch without feeling like you have to buy something all the time. definately getting a season pass for next summer, the little one was crying the whole drive home because she didnt want to leave. honest to god this is our new weekend tradition now.

  This is fór the owñer. I took my 2 granddaughters age 5 to celebrate them graduating into 1 st grade. It cost 100.00 dollars for the 2 girls my self and my husband.. only to be told that his camoflague shorts could not be worn to slide on the slides. Shouldn't they have mentioned that when we purchased tickets? Then they kept shutting the water off every few minutes and making everyone stand off the mat. We paid 100.00 and got exactly 24 minutes of water time - the shorts. I always brought my kids and thought it would be a treat for the g-kids . Now I believe it's a money sucking wanna be amusement park. I would like at least a part of the money I paid back. Just so i could give a better review.

  We had such a wonderful experience in the cabana, and a huge part of that was because of Lena! She was absolutely wonderful—so friendly, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. She went above and beyond to make sure our family was comfortable and that the kids were happy. She was genuinely kind and made us feel so welcomed and taken care of throughout our time there. It’s not often that you come across someone who is this naturally warm and attentive, and we truly appreciated everything she did for us. She deserves to be recognized for providing such outstanding service. We would absolutely love to have her again on our next visit!

  I visited family in California and brought the whole group here, spending over $400. We had a great start, but Elizabeth on the train ride completely ruined the mood. She was super cranky, had a awful attitude, and blamed it on it being a hot day. If you hate working here that much, do everyone a favor and call out! I didn't pay big money to deal with that kind of service. They also had more than 4 rides not operating on a Friday. No online notice nor announcement when we all arrived. They just closed what they wanted robbing us from attractions. This location itself was just okay, but pir staff experience and lack of open rides brought down the whole trip.
