- CDCher da4 days ago1.0CASTLE DARK. Spend 150.00 on tickets and went last night. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Hardly anyone working, minimal amount of actors, who really acted like they didn't want to do their job. Only about 4 RIDES OPEN AND ONLY 3 MAZES.The show in the big top was all over the place and very short, It was really terrible. I was embarrassed that I took my family. We've been before and it was really great but it felt like the park and it's employees don't care anymore if we have a good time or not. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK

The workers are clueless rides kept breaking down the food was horrible they had a show tonight and it was drag queens one of the guys said “do you want to watch me turn on two guys at the same time” very provocative very unprofessional and uncomfortable we had our five year old son and 12 year old niece with us they should have a warning on the material they r Broadcasting very disgusting behavior I do not recommend ever going to castle dark their mazes were horrible just save ur money and go to a actual theme park were they respect their customers! Castle Park is not family oriented they closed a hour early and was giving customers a free day back to the park we told the manager we r not interested in coming back so we wanted a full refund! Very disappointed in this place I don’t recommend it to anyone!
- EHEddy Hernandez5 days ago5.0Visiting castle park today for my daughter's birthday and even though its raining the employees here are doing everything they can to still make it enjoyable and fun. Apon entering the circus tent for food Jake the event manager has been doing an amazing job attending all the hungry guests and really going above and beyond to accommodate all of us to get fed plus the 3-4 other party's he's catering too. Fantastic customer service and respects to this young man getting the job done right!

My mom,husband and I are diabetic, we took some snacks in case our sugar went low but, the young girl in the front said that we couldn't take any in. Later on that day we saw so many people with snacks and bags. Not cool. By the way my mom's sugar dropped and I had to go quick to the other side of the park to get her something to eat and drink.
