I paid for a D-box seat and it did nothing for the whole movie.
I had no way to ask for a refund on that.
None of the theaters were signed or labeled.
None of the seats in the theater were labeled despite assigned seating.
None of the staff spoke English clearly and I had to ask them to repeat themselves.
It seems clear this theater has incompetent management.

Went to see Scary Movie with my big sis. Sebastian and Maleko treated us so kindly and warm. We had such a great time! Thank you guys for making my experience with my sis so special! ❤️

Security guard came up to me and my friends and bothered us mid-movie for our tickets. There was a row who left a GIGANTIC mess after the movie (spilled popcorn multiple times, kept making excessive noise and was getting shushed by other rows multiple times).
Security came over and darted straight to us because apparently we were the ones making the noise. We tried explaining that the row in front of us was at fault here and he was not having it. After we showed our tickets per his request, he told us to keep it down (???) and didn't even think of scolding the kids in front of us or looking at their tickets. Just disappointed overall with how this was handled. 😬
Apparently you MUST MUST MUST have someone over 25 in order to watch a film with someone under 17. No where in their policies or rules does it state the parent or guardian must be 25 and older. At least be thorough a have these policies stated clearly on the website. Some BS for sure, at that point just pay to watch the film from home to avoid stupid policies made by the branch. See it in the comfort of your own home and save yourself a couple bucks.
I am extremely disappointed with the way my son was treated at this theater. He went to see a movie with a few friends and had only been seated for about 10 minutes when a security guard approached him and immediately accused him of sneaking into the theater.
My son tried to explain that he had purchased a ticket and even offered to show it, but the security guard aggressively dismissed him before eventually looking at it. After seeing that my son did in fact have a valid ticket, the employee then questioned his age and ultimately told him he had to leave.
What bothered me most was the way the situation was handled. Instead of politely asking to see his ticket or verify his age, the security guard immediately assumed the worst and treated my son with disrespect. The entire interaction was embarrassing and upsetting for him.
Despite having a valid ticket, my son was removed from the theater and was not offered a refund for the movie he was unable to watch. The experience was so upsetting that he ended up having an anxiety attack and now does not want to return.
Our family has been coming to this theater for over 15 years, and we have never experienced anything like this before. I understand that theaters have rules and policies, but customers—especially young people—should be treated with respect and professionalism. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses how situations like this are handled in the future.
