- ZGZenesia GuiceMay 12, 20262.0I’m not sure what’s been going wrong with this theater, but it’s slowly downgrading in quality. The seats are usually broken when I attend (and I’m a frequent movie goer. I attend every two weeks or sometimes weekly). I ordered food last night, and they forgot to bring it to me. I had to leave my movie, 40 minutes in, so I could check on it. Then when it was brought to me, it was cold, so I know that it had been sitting there for a while.
- CMCarol MaikischMay 10, 20261.0The food lately is awful. The food takes an extraordinary amount of time to get to your seat and when it does it is cold. Additionally, the food is hit and miss. One week it is okay and for 3-4 weeks in a row it is awful. We are avid movie goers and go every weekend for years to this same theatre so I know what I am talking about. Many times had to hunt down our food to find out where it was after waiting 35+ minutes for it.

This location is terrible when it comes to food quality and service. Many times you have to go hunt down your food order and when you finally get it the food is cold. No matter if you order at the counter or ahead via the app the experience is the same.

We were waiting in line and two employees were just chatting and looking at their phones while others were working. The line kept growing and they kept chatting. It was annoying. Place is clean and everyone else was pleasant. Movie experience was still enjoyable
- LLlululemon66May 9, 20262.0Giving a 2 star due to the surround system. As an A List Member at AMC the surround system is top tier you will literally be deaf by the time the movie is over. I only came with a cousin as he did invite me to watch the movie michael once again. I have to admit the bar area is drop dead gorgeous but once again surround system is weak. Not sure if it’s because we went late and movie started at 11 PM. yet i’ll stick to AMC.
