  Nice, big theater. Good quality on the screens. Lots of theaters. Many things playing. Good concession stand variety.

  Terrible experience—35 minutes of commercials before the movie even started. You should inform your customers about this in advance. I would have skipped it if I had known. Definitely something to consider before going there again.

  This older couple had the wrong seats and even though I paid for the seat I was in, I was disrupted by the employee and asked for my seat number even though I was sitting in my correct seat. After so much shuffling, inconvenience, and other people complaining and getting upset (including the ones who had purchased incorrect seats), I offered my seat and ended up getting a refund. Yes, while I ended up leaving on my own, I shouldn’t have been bothered and then re-bothered for my ticket and looped into the crowd that was mistaken about their seats. I had the correct ticket and I was in the correct seat. But because others were complaining and I was somehow caught up in the group, I didn’t get to see the movie I wanted to see. Do better Cinemark Redwood City. Also, no refund on my concession.

  As much as I love to see movies here, I had a horrible experience with the concession. After waiting 15 minutes for the bar person to serve me, he storms at me saying that it’s too late to serve drinks and that he can only serve my group one drink with attitude and shoving off the people behind me extremely rude. After he served my large drink and I paid, he said I can only get a small. And after ordering a different large drink he drained the original drink. I expect to be served with the utmost customer service and courtesy when I come here. Regardless of what time it is and what the rules are. If it’s too late to serve drinks it needs to be posted everywhere. There are no signs informing patrons of such. I hope the management here employs people with better customer service and higher standard.
