My lower rating is a reflection of the theater’s management rather than its employees. On multiple occasions, I have purchased tickets in advance only to arrive and discover that the showing had been canceled or rescheduled without any notification to ticket holders. The staff acknowledged the issue and provided complimentary movie passes, which I appreciated. However, when I attempted to use those passes yesterday, I was told they could not be applied to tickets for a movie during its opening weekend. Even the staff member delivering the message seemed surprised by the policy and had to confirm it with management. The front-line staff have always been professional and customer-focused. I only wish management would demonstrate the same commitment to customer service by communicating schedule changes proactively and ensuring policies are clear and consistently applied.
