  The staff were very rude to us, the food was raw, and the cinema seats were dirty.

  This theater is really big with 2 or 3 XD projection cinemas and 16 auditoriums. You can buy your tickets online same as sodas and snacks. If you're member (join for free) you don't pay extra fees for the transaction and you can pick up your food in a dedicated counter area.

  I loved the reconciling chairs, and the space between the rows in front and behind you. Definitely will come back. To get food to order it's a little slow, expected 10 minutes wait that took about 20-25 minutes. Other than that service was great.

  Good theater, but seats could be more comfortable, they are kind of flat and narrow.

  I was goinf write a great review once I got home but realized I left my phone in the theater. After I went back and retrieved my phone i immediately turned it back on and boom, i see a pic that an employee took of another employee in the theater. I do not appreciate somebody turning my phone on because then they have complete access to my phone and what's on it. Most people are going to come right back to the theater or call the theater from another phone to get it back. You do not need to turn on someone's phone to try to be cute and take a picture. I have no idea if this person stole any of my information that's on my phone. I will he filing a corporate complaint n these employees shd be fired!
