  Really nice theater complex. Lots of concession options, very comfortable lounge chairs, and seeing Spiderman in XD was great. Also great was the stadium seating so no blocked viewing.

  I got money stolen from my purse at this movie theater and when I filed a police report I was told that the cameras showed the employees had my purse the entire time. I called the manager (Brian Stevens) back to ask questions and he said “I can’t disclose any further information, we are conducting an internal investigation” it’s been months now and nothing has happened. I got robbed of $200. Don’t go here and if you do, watch your belongings at all times and don’t trust the employees (I guess to be fair, the white lady employees that steal your money and lie to your face putting the blame on random customers).

  We’ve been loyal Cinemark Movie Club members for the past two years and have always enjoyed our experiences. We’ve visited this location multiple times, and unfortunately, we’ve had negative interactions with the same associate on both occasions. Our first visit, the self-serve butter station was empty, so I asked if we could get extra butter. The associate was rude, but I chose to let it go, assuming it was a busy day or that she may have been having a bad day. On our most recent visit, we talked with the same associate again. I was under the impression that she might be the manager, but once again, she came across as rude and unhelpful. Unfortunately, I didn’t get her name. This was disappointing because we’ve consistently had positive experiences at other Cinemark locations, where the staff are friendly and helpful. I hope this feedback helps to improve her customer service.

  The biggest disappointment was the food. The popcorn tasted stale, as if it had been made days earlier, and definitely wasn't fresh. We also got a pizza, and it was a complete waste of money. It lacked flavor and wasn't worth the price at all. The restrooms were another letdown. They were dirty and didn't appear to have been cleaned regularly, which made the theater feel poorly maintained. I hope management takes these issues seriously, because with fresher food and cleaner facilities, this theater could provide a much better experience.

  I absolutely love going to the movies!!!! it’s one of my favorite things! I can always relax with an icee and some snacks while leaning back to watch a good movie. I cannot tell you how many times i’ve been at this movie theater. I have so many memories with hundreds of movies. I couldn’t find many pictures but the memories are all i need! The staff is always so nice and they are always helpful with any questions or problems.
