  Friendly staff and pickup was quick and easy. Only complaint is the back row wall that's in front. It's too high. Leaning back causes the bottom of the screen to be covered so I ended up just sitting normally. My daughter had to sit in front of the chair just to see properly. The wall definitely needs to be lowered.

  Had not been for a few years. Paid extra for the haptic seats. Found them to bring both interesting and distracting. Probably will skip them next time, but glad I experienced it!

  90% of the staff is absolute top shelf they really do everything they can to make the customer feel comfortable. There was a weird thing that did happen with my tickets this last time and where I wanted to sit we had been moved to other seats within the computer system that you have. We decided to choose seats 1 row behind where we ended up sitting and on the opposite end of the theater. Why were our seats changed? No one was in the ones we chose. Confusing.

  Paid for dbox seats and they don't work premium price for not so premium experience if you are sitting in theatre 16 row f seats 12-14 do not work prepare for a refund and poor experience

  I recently went with my granddaughter to see Toy Story 5. I've lived here for many years and I've never had a bad experience until last week when I smelled beer around me. The couple next to us was squirting lime into their beer. I had no idea that the movie theatre had begun selling alcohol. Why was that change necessary? It's usually just a 2 hour experience. Can't those who want to drink wait until outside the theatre? I am against alcohol in theatres and I do drink so it's not that I'm a ban of alcohol.
