  Plenty of show times. Comfortable seats that recline. We were 1 row from the screen but we did not feel too close--seems any seat is a good one. Concessions are pricey (like everywhere else), but there are lots of options.

  Please do better... I've had several great experiences with this movie theather. Its our go to for new releases. I was disappointed yesterday when I took my daughter and parents to see Toy Story in the day. The place was a mess. The concession stand had food and popcorn all over the floors. There should be someone constantly sweeping this up. The carpets on the way to Scan your tickets are filthy. Nasty big black stains all over. It makes the theather look so run down. Not inviting at all. My recliner seat had no buttons to recline. They were broken off. Like another review said no air conditioning. Felt so stuffy. Not a great experience. It was the fist time taking my parents so it was very disappointing. I remember as a kid being excited to go to the movies. It was clean and beautiful. You wanted to be there. I hope the right person reads this and cleans up the place. Especially the nasty floors. Its such a great location and the staff was good to us. I hope they can improve. :(

  This place has the worse popcorn in all LA county, it's hard and chewy, that's more plastic than popcorn NO WAY that's normal. How does Lancaster have better popcorn? It's not occasional bad, IT'S ALWAYS BAD. WE HAVE TO TEST IN LAB AND POST RESULTS BECAUSE I DON'T WANT OUR CHILDREN TO GET SICK. I'M LITERALLY VOMITING SINCE YESTERDAY AFTER EATING IT. I CAN'T BELIEVE PEOPLE AREN'T COMPLAINING, DOESN’T ANYONE NOTICE?

  I had a terrible experience at this theater with a security guard named Blue. Her customer service was completely nonexistent, and she was incredibly rude and disrespectful from the start. We were just trying to go see a movie, but she power-tripped and insisted on seeing ID even though a legal guardian was standing right there present with me. Instead of handling a simple situation professionally, she chose to make a massive, completely unnecessary scene at the entrance. There is absolutely no reason to be that aggressive and hostile to paying customers who are just trying to enjoy their night. Management seriously needs to retrain Blue on basic human decency and customer service, because she has no business working with the public. She completely ruined our night. Avoid dealing with her if you can
