- FMFrankie MenicolaOct 3, 20261.0Worst experience ever in a theater. 3 of 4 butter dispenser are broken 2 of 4 sinks in the men's room broken Seats were small and uncomfortable. Asked Cinemark for a refund online. They refused. Big surprise. Ill never use a Cinemark again. This isn't the first poor experience. Approached the Manager about what I thought were empty butter dispenser and was told with a bad attitude that they are broken and have been for months. Cashier at concession stand was unfriendly and unprofessional. Popcorn was stale and cold. The preordered soda was sitting a shelf leaking and sticky. If I didn't buy our tickets online and the manager wasn't so darn grouchy I would have demanded my money back on the spot. Never again Riverpark.
- UNUri NoSep 28, 20264.0The only bad thing is the food is pretty expensive. But overall it is super clean and don’t even get me started on the popcorn.
- KMKailey MasonSep 15, 20261.0Very rude older lady who worked behind the concession stand. Also got an XL popcorn and it was only filled it 3/4s the way, and seats are uncomfortable.
- NUNobody UluvAug 30, 20263.0Great sound and quality projection but the seats are just ok. Started to get uncomfortable about an hour in. Rather go to a theater with reclining seats
