  I had atom tickets for a movie, I wanted to swap it for a different movie and they told me that I can’t. Not sure if the worker didn’t want to do the extra work or they actually don’t allow. Regardless, terrible experience because it’s literally the same experience. Probably will avoid in the future

  I attended xd orange on October 12 and a staff member approached myself and my friend and asked if we were drinking alcohol I understand they are allowed to observe and if they see something concerning to address the issue, although in my case it was water in a can and it was a very awkward starring situation and also interrupting our movie ..I talked to a manager by the name of Robert today he said they are allowed to observe which I agree , when I told the manager she did more then observe she was interrupting our movie talking to us quite a bit he then again said she’s allowed to observe. Robert doesn’t know the difference please retrain him

  I can attest that everything people are saying lately about a rat infestation is completely true, sadly. I was at this theater almost a year ago with my gf for a screening of Wicked: For Good. During a climactic scene, we heard some people in the theater screaming and assumed they were reacting to the movie -- they were not. A rat was scurrying along the fabric bunting hanging from the walls of the theater. 🤢 We spoke to the management afterwards and they basically shrugged it off, which led me to believe this wasn't the first time they had heard this complaint. It doesn't surprise me to hear they're not taking it seriously now, either. This is one of my favorite spots in North OC to see a movie, but unless they're temporarily shut down by the city to get their act together, I'm going to have to take my business elsewhere.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I had the scariest and worst experience here, I came to watch a movie here a couple days ago and mid movie I see my food moving in front of me and when I look down the biggest rat was in my food! I had the scariest attack, and honestly cannot believe why they are still open because I saw another rat when I was running out, they definitely know they have a rat problem and clearly do not care about people’s health. Hopefully I can get into contact with corporate or start making this known about the problem.

  My husband and I have been coming to this movie theater for years, but unfortunately, I feel like it has really let itself go. While we were enjoying our movie, we suddenly heard a crunching sound underneath our seats. At first, we thought maybe someone behind us was eating chips, but the sound continued. My husband decided to use his phone flashlight to look between the seats, and to our horror, there was a large rat underneath our seats! I immediately ran out because it was absolutely disgusting and terrifying. I understand that things can happen, but seeing a rat inside a movie theater, especially underneath our seats, is completely unacceptable. Please take better care of the theater, improve the cleanliness, and address whatever is causing this issue. We have been coming here for years, but after this experience, we will not be coming back.
