The movements were a half second or so too early- so when something big happened on screen the seats would shake hard before anything happens on screen, and any musical scene with seat movements just felt like a distracting mess since it was out of ryhthm. The tech is cool, but it needs to be run properly or it actively detracts from the movie.

Two weeks ago, a 19-year-old legal guardian was allowed to accompany minors to an R-rated movie. This weekend, the exact same situation was denied. The issue isn't the policy—it's the inconsistent enforcement. Managers Brenda and Vanessa handled the situation poorly, made assumptions about the adult's relationship to the minors, and even threatened to call the police instead of de-escalating the situation or offering a reasonable alternative. The entire experience was frustrating, embarrassing, and unprofessional. Long-time customers deserve better.
