My husband, kids, and I were in the area and decided to come here to check it out. My six and seven year old enjoyed the slides very much however the five and under playground had so many rules that we left irritated they charged us extra to enter in the playground with our two year old which was also a fee. I was playing with her while holding my nine month old they told me I couldn’t be with her and could only stand by and watch her. They suggested I talked to the person in charge and so I did and asked her why I had payed extra if I couldn’t be on the playground with her she’s a toddler she wanted me to be with her. She said I had signed the waiver which said that I agreed to my child playing by herself and u paid extra to watch her in the playground not out of it. Nobody explained this to us otherwise I wouldn’t have paid the extra amount for her and I. Also I really didn’t appreciate how the workers were watching my every move. I felt uncomfortable and then on top of that I felt ripped off for my money. We won’t be back I’ll stick to parks that are free.

Overall our experience was a horrible experience, the costumer service was absolutely not acceptable once we entered we knew we had to wait so we tried to go to the mall and a worker came up our faces and arms on us yelling at us saying you need a wristband to go to the mall and was pushing us away and told us if we tried to leave we would be thrown out, then my family was waiting in line and me and my younger brothers were waiting out of line for them to call our family up and a worker came up saying were were in the way (we were sitting against a wall)then yelled at us saying to go wait outside in the sun, he pushed us outside claiming we were in the way, yelling and getting in our faces to leave making my little brothers crying, next was not that that bad, so we got the wristbands to leave and go to the mall and got out tickets to go play and the worker on the slide said so rudly we need to leave when we asked why he said cause we did not have the right wristband and we were like we paid to get out tickets and we showed him our tickets then he yelled you need to take that wristband off NOW! Making my brother crying again. This was the worst experience i have ever had anywhere and WILL NOT BE COMING BACK AGAIN, but 2 stars cause the dodgeball was fun.

The venue looks like a lot of fun, but speaking specifically about the area designated for children aged 3 to 5, several of the attractions suffer from design flaws that make them potentially dangerous. In the case of the fabric-based attraction, which resembles a large spiderweb designed for children to play inside, the structure is divided into three levels. However, the openings on the front-left side and the rear-right side align vertically; this makes it highly probable that a child could free-fall from a height of over six feet, a scenario that would be extremely dangerous for a two or three years old. At first glance, the attraction appears very safe, but upon closer inspection, it clearly is not. Furthermore, the “adults’ area” serves as a major distraction for the children; since there are no visual barriers separating the sections, and for various reasons the adult area appears more enticing, the children will likely spend the entire visit begging you to take them into an area where they are not permitted to enter. I also felt compelled to purchase the socks offered by the venue, and even felt forced to have my daughter wear them , despite the fact that I typically bring along socks that fit her perfectly and feature the non-slip soles required at such facilities. Nevertheless, a staff member insisted that my daughter *must* wear the socks we had been made to purchase, even though those socks were far too large for her feet, potentially making the activity even more hazardous than if she had simply worn the socks I had brought for her.

DONT GO HERE!!!!! Here is my video. You can see this man—he looks like the child's father or something. He’s allowed to play in the play area!! And yet, they won't let a 12-year-old child in!! So unfair!!! Please don't come here, it’s so dirty!! Other people's shoes are inside the play area. They come from the restroom wearing their shoes and then go straight into the play area!!!" I would NOT recommend Slick City Ontario to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere that actually cares about safety and hygiene. We paid for 160 minutes of playtime for my 3-year-old and their 12-year-old cousin. Initially, they were allowed to play together, but after a quick break for pizza, an employee named Miriam suddenly barred the 12-year-old from the area, claiming they were "too big." This made it impossible for my 3-year-old to continue playing as they refused to play without their cousin. The inconsistency is infuriating. While they blocked a child, they allowed an adult man (a father) to go right up to the top of the slides. Even worse is the blatant "money grab" regarding their sock policy. They force you to buy special socks for "hygiene," yet we saw multiple adults walking all over the play area in outdoor shoes—some of whom had just come straight from the restrooms. The floors are filthy and the health risks are obvious. When I called to resolve this, the General Manager was completely dismissive and flat-out refused to offer a refund despite the fact that we couldn't use the time we paid for due to their own inconsistent enforcement of rules. Extremely unfair, unsanitary, and unprofessional. Stay away!

I usually don’t leave negative reviews, and I’m not someone who likes calling out individuals. However, this experience was upsetting enough that I feel it should be shared. I would not recommend this place for hosting parties. The way the situation was handled by the event manager, Mark, was very unprofessional and inappropriate—especially considering there were many children present. We attended a birthday party here with our family. As the playtime was wrapping up and parents were gathering kids for food and cake, the manager abruptly came in and loudly told everyone that the event was over and that we needed to leave immediately. There was no calm explanation or attempt to address the host privately. The tone was harsh and unsettling, and it created confusion among the guests. Several kids were visibly frightened by the way this was handled. Guests were then told that the police could be called if everyone didn’t exit right away, which added unnecessary stress to an already tense situation. Families had to quickly pack up food, cake, and decorations without any proper closure to the event. Even after stepping outside, the situation didn’t de-escalate. The manager continued speaking in a raised voice to the group. There seemed to be inconsistency in what was being said—first asking everyone to leave entirely, then saying the group was blocking access. It was not handled in a composed or professional manner. From what we later understood, the issue came down to a timing miscommunication between the host and the venue staff. The host had been working with another representative on a schedule that extended beyond the manager’s expectation. While misunderstandings can happen, the way it was addressed in front of families and children was not acceptable. We also tried reaching out to corporate to explain what happened, hoping the situation would at least be reviewed. Unfortunately, it felt like there was no real interest in understanding or addressing the concern, which was disappointing. This could have easily been resolved through a calm conversation with the host instead of creating a public scene. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism left a very negative impression. Overall, a disappointing experience
