  Slightly dated theater but I love coming here. It's fairly close to the stevens creek trail so it's easy to get to on foot or by bike as well. Popcorn is always good and there's plenty of classic movie theater snack options. The "specialty drink" counter that serves milkshakes and alcohol is always very slow when it's busy so show up early if you want to wait in that line. I will keep coming here as long as it's open.

  Good amount of parking, some security, recently painted lines bcause ppl be driving wild, access to theatre is a bit rough sometimes,there's always at least one fly visible throughout the movie, seats are comfortable enough for long movies, membership option(s) not optimal, ok customer service, good food nearby, alcohol is good,, chicken sandwich not good, the coffee is ok, tea is good, everything else seems to be good enough

  This was normally my favorite theater. I seen Spiderman there on Saturday and there was a fly shadow projected on the screen. It was crawling around the entire time across the screen. It was pretty distracting since ppl starting talking about it and laughing. It happened throughout the entire 2.5 hour movie. The craziest thing is I had a family member see it on Tuesday (3 days later) and tell me that they were upset over flies projected over the screen, they happens to get the same exact theater (7) and the issue was still not addressed. How long does it take to handle 1 fly?

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I accidentally purchased tickets for the wrong Cinemark location — I meant to book at Mountain View but ended up with tickets for a different branch. To make things more complicated, I had also pre-ordered popcorn online. When we arrived and tried to enter, our tickets didn't scan and we were directed to the ticket box. That's where manager Sienna stepped in and completely turned our experience around. She quickly helped us rebook the tickets for the correct location and even personally brought out the popcorn we had ordered online. She was warm, professional, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure our visit ended on a great note. This kind of customer service is rare. Sienna is a true asset to this location. Thank you!
