  Love the vibe. I like their mini fountain in the front of the theater. Also the hall is clean with good speakers and wide screen.

  I am very disappointed and upset with my experience today. I went to Cinemark Century Mountain View 16 to enjoy a movie with my family, but when I went to buy food, there was almost nothing available. There was no pizza, no hot dogs, no nachos — only popcorn. I expected better service and enough food options for customers. It was frustrating to come to the theater and not be able to enjoy the full movie experience. I hope Cinemark looks into this issue and makes sure the concession stand is properly stocked, especially during busy movies.

  Very very loud. You can hear all the dialogue from all of the movies out in the hallway. I have been wearing ear plugs to the movies for several years now, but it is still uncomfortably loud. I'm 30 and want to still be able to hear when I'm 60. I feel like I can't watch action movies in the theaters anymore. I chose a quiet movie today and the ads before the show drove me out into the hallway to escape the deafening sound. I could hear all the advertisement dialogue from the hall even with my ear plugs in. Maybe they will make it more bearable if more people say something about it to managers.
