  Main event was such an amazing experience i was able to spend such joyful quality time filled with exciting gaming moments. Most memorable person on staff i met was Daniel who was in charge of laser tag and really made our experience fun and easy!

  played laser tag here and had a good time. reuben was running the games and was friendly the whole time. he made check-in quick and explained the rules without making it feel rushed. appreciate the good customer service.

  Daniel went above and beyond! He was so nice and very helpful on me and my group getting around. Making sure we were getting what we payed for. He made my experience ten times better than I thought it would have been.

  I had an amazing experience at Main Place Montclair thanks to Sean and Ro. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on making sure I was taken care of. They answered all my questions, made the process smooth and stress-free, and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. It’s rare to find people who are both knowledgeable and personable, but Sean and Ro absolutely delivered. I left feeling valued as a customer and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend asking for Sean and Ro if you want top-notch service!

  My husband and I decided to try this place for the first time with another couple. The venue offers a wide variety of games, and I immediately thought it would be a great place to bring my nephew (16) and son (17). When we arrived, we waited about 20 minutes to be seated, which was confusing because there were plenty of open tables and the restaurant did not appear busy. We also noticed that many tables were left uncleared for quite some time. The host explained that they were short-staffed and did not have enough servers available, which was why seating was delayed. Once seated, we ordered our food, and I have to say the food was good. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Our server, Amanda, was not very attentive. At one point, I needed an extra ranch dressing and ended up going toward the kitchen area myself. There, I saw Amanda sitting and chatting with coworkers. I tried to get her attention, but she seemed more focused on socializing. Later, my husband and our friend wanted to order another round of drinks, but Amanda was nowhere to be found. I went looking for her and requested service. Ten minutes later, she still had not come to our table, so my friend got up and found her as well. Only then did she come over to take the drink order. It was very frustrating. After our meal, we toured the facility and learned that party rooms are available for private events. However, several of those rooms had not been cleaned, which did not leave a great impression. Overall, the food was good and the concept of the venue is fun, but the lack of attentive service and cleanliness issues made the experience disappointing.
