I was beyond impressed! So many things to do for both adults and kids, it was very clean and fun menu options. It scratches my itch to play arcade games but be able to enjoy a drink

First time here and we had a really great experience! My daughter wanted to try laser tag, and Robin was amazing with her. Since it was a quiet Monday, he took extra time to explain how everything worked, helped her get started, and even went in with her. He was so patient, kind, and helpful, and made her feel very comfortable. I really appreciated how friendly and attentive he was. It made the whole experience feel very worth it. We’ll definitely be back and would absolutely recommend this place to friends and other families. We’d also consider having a future birthday party here. Thank you, Robin!

Kayla, Kayla, Kayla, I highly appreciate your service at 1am. You made our night after a long day from work! If I can give more than 5 stars I would .

Daniel in the reward section was phenomenal! He helped us sort our rewards as well as being so patient enough to help me retrieve my points since I had lost my card. He made our experience at the Main Event extra special! Thank you Daniel!

I came to this event for a birthday party, expecting to have a fun time with friends. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The party ordered platters, but I wanted my own food. I asked a server if that was possible and specifically explained that I was paying separately. She assured me it was no problem. I ordered a nacho tower with chicken and pretzel dogs. My nachos arrived, but my pretzel dogs never did. I eventually asked Autumn to check, and she told me they had been given to someone else in our party. Why wouldn't the server confirm with the guest before handing over the food? I asked Autumn if I would still receive my order. Her response was incredibly disrespectful. she made a face and told me I "should have been more vigilant with your food." I've never had a server tell a customer they were responsible for monitoring the staff to make sure their food was delivered. I asked for a manager. Autumn had another plate of pretzel dogs prepared, but when they arrived, they were literally cold and frozen inside. At that point, I had completely lost confidence in the facility. Keith, the manager, offered to make another batch, but I declined. He refunded me and apologized, saying they didn't realize the food was coming out cold. Food temperatures should be checked before serving customers. Mistakes happen, but losing my order, blaming me for it, and then serving me frozen-cold food was unacceptable. What should have been a fun birthday celebration turned into a frustrating and disappointing experience. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses both the customer-service and food-temperature issues so other customers don't have to experience the same thing. Buy a food thermometer.
