- JLJasmine L3 days ago5.0I went to boomers last Saturday with my kids and they had a good time ! It did feel like they were short staffed or maybe it was just a busy day but I had been helped by this girl manager with horror tattoos. She was running around everywhere I think her name started with a T I’m not sure but she was very helpful with explaining how everything works in detail and made sure my kids had a good experience with her great customer service ! I don’t know why there was no other managers helping her out but it seemed like she was the only manager I seen running around helping us out.

- CSColton SJun 3, 20261.0Food is really expensive. I mean, come on, six dollars for a medium sized fountain soda. Half the arcade games didn't work. Spent 10 plus minutes at each station waiting for someone to come work the bumper boats or flamethrower or even at the front desk to get golf clubs. The only station where someone is consistently working is the go kart track and the poor guy had to work both tracks by himself. Sad that this place has gone downhill. Especially, since just being renovated. The manager could use a talking to as well as he was very rude when dealing with customers.
